No they wear a cross between the uniforms of the head of an African thugocracy and an Italian opera. Very silly-looking. They love to “pose” in pictures like silly thug gangsters. They probably have as much skill with their weapons as the gangbangers who have to spray everyone within a mile radius to hit one target. Of course that style of “warfare” is also due to a barbaric disregard for innocent human life(see any tribal war in Africa) and a cowardly tendency to attack lone or weak targets in large mobs.
