A letter from the Department of Justice (DOJ) caused the University of Arkansas at Ft. Smith (UAFS) early this month to reverse policy and allow a 38-year old anatomically male-student permant use of women's bathrooms on campus despite opposition from female students.
The university made the reversal on "advice of counsel" after receiving a letter the DOJ sent in response to a complaint that a single, self proclaimed "transgender" student filed with the DOJ's Civil Rights Division.
"Because of the stance we took, the individual filed a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights in the Department of Justice," Mark Horn who is the vice president of university relations explained in an interview with Campus Reform on Tuesday.
Jennifer Braly, the student who filed the complaint, calls himself "transgender" with a "gender identity disorder." Braly, however, remains anatomically a man and is currently raising money online for Sex Reassignment Surgery (SRS).
Braly filed the complaint with the DOJ after the university initially told him to use the campus's several gender-neutral bathrooms instead of the women's restrooms.

The Washington DC Metrorail system has “gender neutral” toilets ~ into which only one person at a time will fit!
Mooning can get one potentially branded a sex offender if a child sees. If a little girl walks in the ladies room and this guy has ‘it’ pulled out and the child sees it, what will happen? Where will the DOJ be on this?
Not on the child’s side, that is for sure.
There already are gender neutral bathrooms in many places, hospitals, airports are two. They are called family bathrooms. There is only one toilet and one sink and they are big. There is a sign with the figure of a man a woman and if I am remembering correctly, a child.
Regardless, I think this fellow should have his surgery forthwith!!

This year is my 20th college reunion. (eek!) Just look how much things have changed: if there would have been a person with a penis in the women’s bathroom, he would have been expelled, no matter what he called himself. I guess women’s safety was only all the rage then. Now if you dress as a female you can go in the women’s bathroom? Does this include the dorm bathrooms that contain showering females? I could see a few Ted Bundy’s dressing as females for easy access. I dragged a couple of drunk guys out of our hall bathroom in college, they meant no harm, just a little confused. But they would have faced serious problems if found in there.

The problem with “gender neutral” bathrooms is men and boys peeing on the seat! I know, I have a few in my house!
