Yep. My brother got married shot-gun. It took him 10 years to go through college while working to support his three kids and a wife with cancer, but he did it. They stayed married until her passing a few years ago. They had a really rough time in their 20s, but many laughs, too. He is now a grandpa and is respectable, prosperous, wise, Godly, and still smiling.
Who knows what would have happened if he moved back in with my parents and continued to “tomcat around”, as my parents put it.

If he grossed a million don’t you figure taxes, lawyers, agents, drivers, bodyguards, hairdressers, clothiers, and whatever else collection of celebrity vultures exist to instantly latch onto the first year or two of fresh meat, pretty much sucked up the bulk of his earnings?
If in regular life, new money can melt away when only you know about it and are going through the kid in the candy store time, think what it must be like when all of your largely fake money is coming from the vultures and their own self created industry, and not only are they waving dazzling new services and expenditures, and sexy purchases and toys before your eyes, in reality you are just a prop they are using to filter their cuts and commissions through.
