Lingering in airplane bathroom leads to questions from FBI for Orlando-bound Muslims

A group of Muslims was detained Wednesday at Orlando Sanford International Airport, apparently because of a misunderstanding over an Islamic cleanliness ritual, authorities said.

The captain of Allegiant flight No.625 from Allentown, Pa., radioed ahead and asked airport police to meet the plane when it landed about 8:30p.m., said Larry Dale, airport director and commander of its 11-member police force.

I call BS. Muslims go the rest room all the time without causing such a commotion. There is water and paper towls in there and it takes almost no time to clean whatever they wish to clean.

This is a ploy to get us "accustomed" to muslims hanging out in rest rooms.

Years & years ago I worked for a muslim doctor who kept a watering can in the restroom. We had no plants in the office. Now I know what it was used for!

The Islamic religion and reasoned deportment when flying don’t seem to go hand in hand. Maybe it’s time to reconsider allowing them to board domestic aircraft.
