US secretary of state Hillary Clinton said Friday that "significant differences" remain over Iran's nuclear program following two days of talks in Baghdad.

Clinton says the P5+1 – the five permanent members of the Security Council plus Germany – presented Tehran with a detailed proposal on all aspects of Iran's uranium enrichment during this week's talks in Baghdad.

The P5+1 plan reportedly calls on Iran to halt enrichment past 3.5%, ship its stores of 20% enriched uranium out of the country, and shut down its heavily fortified Fordow enrichment facility.

They had also called on Iran to live up to its obligations under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and allow IAEA inspectors unrestricted access to its nuclear sites.

Iran, she says, put forth its own ideas, and significant differences remain.

Complete Idiot's Guide to High-Level Diplomacy, by Hillary

Chapter 1: Never let them know that actions have consequences.

Chapter 2: Never cause consequences to occur because of actions.

Chapter 3: Just keep "negotiating"

Chapter 4: Why not convert? The major religions really aren't that different, Praise Allah.

Hillary is misplaced as is every other wacko in the evil administraion.

This piece of Arkancide trailer trash needs to be cleaning out the grease traps in the military mess halls.

She is as qualified to be SOS as Obozo is to occupy the White Hut and consider himself a president.

A “detailed proposal “? How many proposals do we have to give them. Talk, talk, talk......that’s all they do while Iran makes the bomb. Sounds to me like our government won’t do a thing until we are attacked. We’ve lost our backbone. At least our government has.

I don't believe there are significant differences between the affirmative action Hitler, B. Hussein Obama, and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Iran wants the elimination of Israel and the Messiah's administration thinks that would be a good thing, too.

The elimination of the zionist entity would usher in the 12 Mahdi (hidden iman) for one party and Israel's destruction would make the Muslims finally like us. And we certainly need their approval after 9/11 /sarc

One significant difference is Barry’s regime is putting armed drones in the air over our US cities, the Iranians haven’t done that yet

In common, as much as in dealing in a civilized manner at least, as was the case prior to 1979. In politics, there is only shifting interests, Israel or otherwise.

Remember "Iranians" (Regime) never hated Israel, until the Khomeinist regime (1979), Unlike the Arab-lands, who have a long history of animosity towards Israel - that's a fact.

Obi & his administration have continued their deliberate favoring of the Islamics (mullahs) occupying Iran. His administration is no different to James Earl Carter Jr. - only Obi is more savvy and deliberate.

Clinton: 'Significant Differences' With Iran Remain

Madame Secretary should remember that it was her husband Billy, who continued to engage the Mullahs' Regime & sang their reformists-wing's (Islamic) praises (aka mullah Khatami), to resolve 'differences' w/out any outcome (for Iranian or American people), all 8 yrs of it (Clinton 'reign'). To think of it, so did GWB (a la Condo...err.. Condi), after his 1st 4 yrs in office.

So, the saga still continues.... stay tuned!

Hopefully some of the Reagan team will get together with Romney should he win and we will again have a plan. The Democrats, it has become obvious, do not know what a plan looks like.
