In an interview with The Daily Beast Friday, real estate mogul and Mitt Romney surrogate Donald Trump doubled-down on his fact-challenged claim that President Obama was not born in the U.S. — a claim that the Romney presidential campaign, currently raffling off a dinner with Trump and Romney to raise money for the campaign, made no effort to condemn.

Reality and fact are not part of the twisted mindset that is protecting a text book sociopath -— yes, with many of the lies about his birth credentials as president having been already debunked by his own family....nobody really knows who and what about a person that was allowed to become president without ANY proper vetting or proof of his past that is credible. That is the tragedy.
I am among the many Freepers who has vowed to leave the Republican party and never vote for Romney. I have to admit, the one thing that can possibly change my mind is if Romney actively courts the birthers.
