(Reuters) - A gunman opened fire from a rooftop in a Finnish town centre in the early hours of Saturday, killing two people and wounding several others, police said.
An 18-year-old man wearing camouflage clothing was arrested after the shooting in Hyvinkaa, a small town 56 km (34 miles) north of the capital Helsinki.

The social pacifism means there are no seal team style of military units that could absorb and give these alpha males some useful outlet. You might be right, I have read “A Frozen Hell” about the Winter War of 1939 when the Russians invaded tiny Finland on a land grab.
The Russians got a shock they could not comprehend, the Finns could be relentless killers who would not roll over and give up like the Baltic countries did. Nikita Khrushchev claimed In just the few months duration war lasted, the soviets lost a million killed. A top Russian general stated at the wars end, they had won just about enough land to bury their dead.
