Only in public schools and universities is the fairly tale still taught that governments are representative of the people. The blue collared man on the street realizes the chips are stacked against him. For those who dont have political connections, the pseudo fascist system that is still referred to as capitalism in the U.S. is akin to a casino game of chance. That is, the odds are always in the houses favor. The house is the federal leviathan and its equivalent at the state and local level as well as the big, cartelized industries which feed off government protection. As comedian George Carlin accurately observed:
Its a big club and you aint in it!

The Presidents universal health care scheme is yet another example of the incestual relationship between big government and big business.
In what can only be described as a modern day case of Orwellian irony, the Health and Human Services Department has awarded a $20 million contract to public relations firm

With Obamacare, the middle class will end up being liable for yet another entitlement program that, like any other government initiative, will cost more than was initially estimated. I was surprised that they are going to have a public relations campaign for Obamacare.
It’s hard to believe that, over two years after it was passed, we’re still told that once people learn what’s in the bill, that they will approve of it.
So now we have to have a public relations campaign to convince us all how great Obamacare is??? What the heck???
The Supreme Court could rule any day now on Obamacare. If the Court doesn’t completely uphold this law, are they still going to go ahead with the public relations campaign? Would they still tout the benefits of a law if a law is ruled unconstitutional????
Don’t forget that in a couple of years we will be bombarded with sob stories about poor folks who are somehow left out of the system and for whose coverage we have to pony up more taxes.
The Taxpayer Funded PR Campaign for Obamacare Begins
yeah.... November 2008.
They don’t have enough money to convince the majority of voters. Their goose is cooked in the next election.
With 0bamacare we will all die sooner someday.
Well the tax payer should pay for Caesar's travel.
Have you seen the price of arugula?
No?
Me neither.
IMO, Liberal RATs are attempting to pour perfume on Obama feces. Won’t work. The stench is too strong and We The People won’t tolerate it.
“......Would they still tout the benefits of a law if a law is ruled unconstitutional????”
With the attitude HE has displayed in the past to the SCOTUS I would think YES they would as a slap at the SC.
