Superfan Michelle Obama jets to Atlantic City for Beyonce's sell-out concert

Michelle Obama jetted in to Atlantic City last night to join 5,500 fans at a Beyonce concert. The first lady was with daughters Sasha and Malia - but without her husband - at Revel Resorts, where Beyonce performed two dozen songs Saturday night.

The First Lady has made no secret of her admiration for the superstar - recently naming Beyonce as the person she would most like to be if she could be anyone else.

Governor Chris Christie was among the sell-out crowd packed into Revel's Ovation Hall. Mrs Obama and the girls appeared excited throughout the concert, cheering Beyonce on. The daughters even sang along to the old school-sounding jam Love On Top. The first lady got a roaring cheer that matched Beyonce's as she made her way to her seat in a shiny green dress. Some fans took photos while others screamed her name. One yelled, 'This is history!' Mrs Obama is due back in Washington on Monday for Memorial Day events before she heads to New York to continue promoting her new book about the White House Kitchen Garden.

The fact that Michelle is so frivolous with our taxpayer dollars and Barack does nothing about it, tells me Obama has no business claiming he’s better at fixing the economy than Romney: He can’t even stop his wife from wasting our money on the multiple vacations she takes each year.

Her actions are deplorable given the state of this country. She can’t wait til next year to see her beloved Beyonce on her own dime? The woman has no shame, no class and has backed no initiatives other than the failed redesign of the food pyramid. She has not been a successful first lady, rather pathetic and embarassing. Poor Beyonce may not want the negative attention that comes with having Michelle as a “fan”. Can’t wait til she is back on her own meal ticket and we don’t have to look at or see her anymore.

Gee: The plane must have been in the air all of 20 minutes.

Hardly worth the helicopter flight to Andrews, to get into our plane and be transported to such a faraway place.
