Attorney General Eric Holder, the IRS, and the liberal lawyers at the ACLU will brief several hundred pastors in the African American community on how to participate in the presidential election -- which the Congressional Black Caucus chair expects will help President Obama's campaign.
"We will have representatives from nine denominations who actually pastor somewhere in the neighborhood of about 10 million people, and we're going to first of all equip them with the information they need to know about what they can say and what they cannot say in the church that would violate their 501c3 status with the IRS," Rep. Emanuel Cleaver, D-Mo., told MSNBC today.
"In fact, we're going to have the IRS administrator there, we're going to have the Attorney General Eric Holder there, we're going to have the lawyers' organization from around the country, the ACLU -- all giving ministers guidance about what they can and cannot do," he noted.

Cleaver: describing voter ID laws as a form of Jim Crow-style "poll tax" on seniors and black voters.
Furthermore...black ministers are the only ministers who, apparently, need to guide seniors in their "theological responsibility to participate in the political process, at least in the Judeo-Christian tradition," he [Cleaver] said.
WHy don’t black preachers just preach the Word of God in their Sunday sermons like they are supposed to? Are churches in the black communities now campaign rallies for BO. I would be disgusted and mad if I went to church on Sunday to hear a sermon about the Bible, Jesus and how to apply the sermon topic to my life and had to hear my preacher telling me how to vote. Why on earth is the corrupt, sinful attorney general getting involved in this campaigning? Does he have some kind of position with the BO reelection team? This whole thing just reeks.
And naturally, they'll extend the same courtesy to the LDS church should Romney gain the GOP nomination. /S

NO mention that I heard in the interview that this is to be a summit of exclusively black ministers, so I am nearly certain that there has been an appropriate number of white liberal ministers invited (i.e., the Rick Warren types, the Jim Wallis liberation theology types, etc---you know...the progressive/Marxist/globalist ministers that mask a stateist, socialist agenda under the guise of orthodox Christian doctrine but deny the unique and exclusive claims of Jesus Christ---and thus are not Christians at all).
Since the video said this "summit" is TOMORROW, I now suspect that this is a bit of a set-up and that white ministers will be appropriately present. We shall see.
Nevertheless, it goes without saying that whenever the Atty General of the USA and the IRS administrator speak definitively (in their official capacity) on the subject of what they [ministers and Christians...and rabbis, and imans, for that matter] can say and what they cannot say in the church/501c3 religious entity that would violate their 501c3 status with the IRS, such a "summit" warrants that it be heard by ALL citizens.
This makes no difference since the Kenyan will get 114% of the black vote.
OMG!! Do they ONLY speak to BLACKS now??? DISGUSTING!<P. If my Priest started in on a political diatribe (other than pro-life which ISN’T political, just EVIL if you aren’t) , I would walk out.
