The fact that Onaka responded at all says that he was not forbidden to disclose what was on the record they have. If the record had been sealed by a judge, Onaka couldn’t have revealed what items were on the BC (like dates signed, etc). So I think the only reason left for him not to verify the true facts of Obama’s birth is because HI doesn’t vouch for any of the “facts” claimed on the late, amended BC they’ve got for Obama.

I believe the COLB had to be forged for the same reason that the long-form had to be forged: the real one was marked LATE and ALTERED and had note of the affidavits filed to support the late and amended filing. And they had to steal Virginia Sunahara’s BC# to put on the BC.

For this “verification” they probably looked in the ELECTRONIC record rather than the paper record, so they could claim Virginia’s BC# as being the one on Obama’s record; switching the BC# from Virginia’s to Obama’s record is a simple matter of checking the void flag on Virginia’s and unchecking the void flag on Obama’s.

Here's something to ponder.

I think it more likely that the trip from Kenya actually occurred in August 1961, shortly after BHO-II's birth at the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa.
Ann and her newborn son flew from Nairobi to London, via BOAC Flight BA162 and then took the non-stop BOAC flight from London to Vancouver, Canada.
She then traveled the 110 miles or so, across the border, to Seattle in time to start Fall Semester, night-school extension classes at the University of Washington.
The trip would be challenging for a new mother, but she was young, healthy, intelligent, and capable.
BOAC was very accomodating to mothers with young children back in the 1960s. No real problem!

The forgeries I'm aware of, are the three Birth Cretificate Barack Hussein Obama II has forged.

I pasted Obama naturalized US in 1983 citizen into a search engine and one link near the top brought me the obamafile link.
The naturalized US citizen 1983 on obamafile page refers to California’s former governor Schwarzenegger.
