Poland's President Bronislaw Komorowski said Wednesday he had written a personal letter to President Barack Obama urging him to do more to correct the record after Obama referred to "a Polish death camp" in a White House ceremony on Tuesday.
"I hope we will jointly act to make up for this unfortunate mistake. I believe that every error, every mistake can be corrected if it is given adequate consideration," Komorowski said in remarks posted on his official website.
The phrase shocked Polish leaders and echoed across media in Poland, where the remark was seen as suggesting that Poles — not Nazis — carried out the genocidal policies of Adolf Hitler.

What is it with Dem’s hating on the Polish? There is this slap in the face as well as 2004(?) when President Bush spoke of Poland in the “coalition” and the libs eviscerated both to no end.

IIRC, Chicago has one of the highest Polish populations of any city outside of Warsaw; while I doubt it would ever happen, I'd love to see the 'bama lose his hometown.

How many of them will even know about the story? I can’t imagine the mainstream news publicizing something damaging to Obama. Maybe it will spread by word of mouth and emails.

I worked with a Polish guy who was near retirement when I started working. He Lived through the war and was in the RAF. Anyhow , he said that every night when he says his prayers that he prays that FDR suffers in hell for selling out Poland after they were the first country to actually give fight to Germany.
Why was it, that the Nazis allowed “sub-human” Slavic Ukrainians be guards at the Death Camps, and not allow any Poles to be guards?
Because the Nazis realized that the first thing the Poles would do when handed a rifle would be to shoot the Nazi bastards.
