SANFORD, Fla. - A judge Friday revoked bond for George Zimmerman, and gave the neighborhood watch volunteer who killed Florida teen Trayvon Martin 48 hours to surrender.

Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester Jr. said that Zimmerman engaged in "material falsehood" about money in issuing his ruling.

About an hour before the ruling came, prosecutors in the second-degree murder case again Zimmerman had filed a new motion requesting the bond revocation. They contended Zimmerman's wife knew about the donations he had collected through a PayPal account, but didn't mention the money at his bond hearing.

Zimmerman's PayPal account collected more than $200,000, his attorney later revealed.

"Defendant has intentionally deceived the court with the assistance of his wife, Shelley Zimmerman. During the jail phone calls both of them spoke in code to hide what they were doing," the motion read.

The judge said Zimmerman had misled the court at his bond hearing.

The defense says the finances are an innocent misunderstanding.

Prosecutors also argued that Zimmerman has a second passport in addition to the one he surrendered....

Perhaps they need to get Zimmerman away from his protection so that he can be “taken care of” and avoid the messiness of a trial and the aftermath.

"Zimmerman turned his passport over to the court at the bond hearing as a measure that would prevent him from fleeing the country."

LOL!!! As if a passport is going to stop him from going into Mexico. All he needs is an LA Dodgers ball cap, an empty back back and being able to say in espanol, "I'm going back for another load" and he'll be good to go.

“Zimmerman’s PayPal account collected more than $200,000,..”

At the time of his bond hearing, it’s possible there was no money collected as yet, from his web site. Just sayin’. I believe his web site was set up after the hearing.

Zimmerman’s lawyer better be on his toes. If Zimmerman even passes flatus they are going to crucify him. Once the prosecution is over, I hope Zimmerman gives every Democrat in the US the finger.

If he could get to Peru, he’s home free. His mother is Peruvian, which I’m guessing makes him a citizen. They’d probably never extradite in this situation.

He’s got 48 hours to get off the island.

Somebody has to have a boat down there.

I think they’re talking about the original website that Mr. Zimmerman set up before Mr. O’Mara came on board.

I really wish he would run and hold a press conference saying that he knows there is no way he will receive a fair trial in the kenyan’s banana republic.

I’m suprised Obamah & Holder don’t have Zimmerman in Gitmo right now.

Apparently one of the passports expired in May.

I fail to understand why is bail should be revoked? Does the fact that people are giving money for his defense does not make him a flight risk.

Funny how the first few weeks when all we were seeing in the press was “that evil Zimmerran murdered that innocent little Martin” not one person in the prosecution screamed anything about “trying him in the press.”

However, now that evidence the public can see shows that Zimmerman’s account is verified by the evidence and that little Martin wasn’t so innocent and sweet. NOW the prosecution is screaming about “trial in the press.”

Terrible double standard here. Looks like the judge is already in bed with the prosecution to me. That is how I “perceive” it anyway.

If Zimmerman is "taken care of," then Obama can kiss the election goodbye.

Zimmerman’s lawyer should have gotten in front of this and resolved it BEFORE the judge revoked his bond.

Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester Jr. said that Zimmerman engaged in "material falsehood" about money in issuing his ruling.

And Angela Corey engaged in MULTIPLE "material falsehoods" in her press conference and subsequent indictment, including photos and EMS and police reports favorable to the defense. She should be the one in jail, or disbarred.

If I were him, I might do just that. I would not be confident at all about getting even close to a fair trail. With race hustlers announcing a bounty for my death, and not one state or federal law enforcement agency saying or doing anything about it? I would sure give serious consideration to leaving.

Zimmerman's bond hearing was on April 20, 2012. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LoMmyH7oBJY

It was revealed less than a week later that he had the cash.
http://www.csmonitor.com/USA/Justice/2012/0427/Judge-wants-answers-about-200-000-Real-George-Zimmerman-defense-fund

I'm 100% in his corner. But I think he knew on the day of his bond hearing that he had the money.
