Every Christian preacher should re-read about Peter. He was afraid so he denied Christ. As far as I’m concerned the SBC is afraid. Most preachers are afraid. They all should be standing at the pulpit reading Patrick Henry’s speech.
These are the types of things that lead me to believe the end times are at hand, when even a Christian organization adopts this thinking.

I agree with these remarks. There has been SILENCE from the race-baiters who stirred up a lynch mob mentality with a bounty on Zimmerman's head. There has been SILENCE over the black-on-white crimes of violence as mobs and gangs assault people "in revenge" for Trayvon.
Can't have it both ways. Either you condemn the wrongful actions of all, or shut the hell up until the investigation and trial are over.
It's a JOKE that Al Sharpton was an interview guest in the documentary about how James Brown "saved" Boston by permitting his concert to be telecast LIVE locally (and repeatedly) in the wake of the MLK assassination while pleading for black people to not lose their cool.
Sharpton and Jackson are insults to the legacies of James Brown and MLK.

So an apology for the plagiarism should have been sufficient and then Land should have stayed where he was? Seems to me there's more going on with Land than meets the eye and this is the public excuse. Otherwise, this wouldn't have been sufficient for them to remove him since they're not nearly so timid as people seem to think or they'd never have filed suit against the government over the HHS mandate. I think another shoe will drop before long with either the committee that did this being the real problem or there being a much bigger problem with Land.

Ted Baxter has been pro-Crump and pro-Trayvon's parents all along and has always garbled the known facts in the case. Sean Hannity at first was interviewing on his TV show some friends of Zimmerman who were giving the other side, but he seems to have shut up or lost interest. Maybe Greta is still willing to be even-handed. Tonight it seemed that all she wanted to cover was the Wisconsin vote (she is from Wisconsin)--I didn't watch it all so I don't know if she spent any time on today's developments.
