Bond was set at $40,000 for a 32-year-old Joliet man accused of sexually assaulting a woman after luring her into his vehicle with the promise of a newspaper.
Razel O. Gates of the 1100 block of Ridgewood Avenue is scheduled to return to court June 22 on a charge of one count of aggravated battery, one count of criminal sexual abuse and one count of unlawful restraint.

What kind of person male or female is lured into a vehicle with a newspaper? Especially since only one in 50 people actually cares to read one. Ass wipe must have been the reason.
