A dire US jobs report that showed unemployment up after a measly 69,000 jobs were created in May landed like a nuclear bomb yesterday on President Obama’s re-election campaign.

“President Obama needs to stand up to the plate. He needs to tell us the truth about what’s happening,” fumed Roldan, 49, a certified home aide who’s been looking unsuccessfully for a second job since her hours were cut a year ago.
“Don’t tell us there are jobs when there are no jobs. Don’t lie to us. We’re not children,” she said. “I’m struggling. I know a lot of other people looking for work, too.”

She’ll certainly never vote “R”, but she may stay home instead.
Martha can find a steady paycheck in her chosen field ^if^ she were willing to move out of her urban plantion housing. Every oil-patch area is looking for employees in all sorts of fields...trickle-down economics, yaknow.
But, I agree. “Martha will pull the big D like she always does”. Just like the Hebrews in the escape from Pharoah, she’ll complain about the now and wish for the comfort of the tyrannical past.
If Martha keeps complaining , her neighbors will straighten her out and explain to her that’s it’s racist to vote for anyone but Obama.
You don’t hear Colon Powell complaining.
You don’t hear the CBC complaining.

Can you really blame her? The Dems offer free stuff and racial preferences for blacks. Some people say blacks vote for Obama because he's black. They're profoundly mistaken. If Obama were a conservative Republican, blacks would vote against him the way they voted against Allen West, Michael Steele, and so on. It's all about the bennies, not skin color.
Speaking of baseball.. I do not recall Obama throwing out the first pitch this year.. maybe I missed it..any one remember?
