Lil Wayne tweets that Thunder wouldn’t let him attend game; team says he needs to buy a ticket

OKLAHOMA CITY — The Thunder say Lil Wayne is welcome to attend a playoff game in Oklahoma City, but needs to buy a ticket just like everyone else.

The rapper created a stir Thursday night by posting on Twitter that he was “going to go to the Thunder game tonight but was denied by the team to be in their arena.”

Thunder spokesman Dan Mahoney says Lil Wayne’s representatives did contact the team requesting tickets but insisted that he sit on the front row, and none of those seats was available. Oklahoma City sold out every home game during the regular season and playoffs this season.

Mahoney says: “We’d love to have him at a game, but like anyone else, he needs a ticket.”

He later played the race card. Amazing the arrogance of some of the elitist celebrities in this country. He did not have a ticket. The game was sold-out. If I decided that I wanted to go to a game, in the front row no less, and did not have a ticket i'd be denied entry as I should be. Rich celebrities who make their money selling filth that has destroyed black america should have to have a ticket too. If he wanted a ticket so bad he could have used his millions to scalp one but instead he claims victimhood. To blame it on race is absurd.

I hear that Obama likes Little Wayne “music”.

I heard that Little Wayne was in trouble with the law. He was in jail for something; don’t remember what.

This pothead rap star figured The Thunder would give him a front row freebie due to his celebrity status...That would enhance The Thunder’s image when Lil Wayne got shown on the 11 O’Clock news. He figured wrong, The Thunder wants nothing to do with this puke

I read this guy’s rap sheet on Wiki.

OMG it’s pages long, starting with a shooting at age 13 and having first kid at 15.

No wonder Baraq has lovingly referred to him in several speeches.

Lil Wayne finished his tweet with “Go Spurs!”

I guess the entitled race card celeb is hoping some Spurs Fan will give away their front row seat to him for the next game. Good Luck with that, Lil Wayne.

His criminal record starts at age 13 and fills many pages, the perfect Baraqqi role model for the underclass.

So the Thunder didn’t give in to his bullying, his version of the “don’t you know who I am” pressures which celebrities often use to get their way.

I really didn’t know what he looked like. If I was face to face with him, I would have had to say that I didn’t know who he was. And, I actually would not want to stick around and find out who he was.

Popular Lil Wayne Quote:

“I’m not the shooter, I’m the bullet bitch”
He seems to use the word bitch and f*** a lot in his wisdom filled quotes.

Based on this story it’s highly unlikely that Lil Wayne will ever win the lottery either.

The fact that a goon like that can become rich and famous shows how rotten our culture and particularly rotten black culture has become. This person is the perfect embodiment of the generation that swept Obama into office.

What’s a Lil Wayne?

Short memory. When you had me to your place for the cookout over Memorial Day, the guy who kept complaining that you didn't provide any tofu and weasel bratwurst or any cold Olde Frothingsloth, threw a fit, and left? That was Lil Wayne.

We’re talking about a guy who’s had every one of his albums go at least gold. At least. It looks like he’s got four platinum albums, two multiple-platinum.

What I’m trying to say is...buy your own ticket, you cheap bastard.

What I'm trying to sis..buy your own ticket, you cheap bastard.

It was Whitey, not the Thunder who didn't want him there. Speakieth lil Wayne:

-Lil Wayne claimed in a tweet Thursday night that he had been "denied by the team to be in their arena." The team responded by saying the seats he wanted were already taken.

-"That's not the point, though," he told The Associated Press in an interview Friday night. "It's the players stepping up but of course the players aren't white. I don't want to be sitting there on behalf of you and I'm sitting next to a (person) that's like `I don't want this (guy) sitting next to me.' (Forget) you ... I'm in Forbes," he said, laughing.

-He said he typically procures tickets for such games "from this guy named Mike." Lil Wayne said Mike had requested special security, parking and entrance for the rapper, but Mike said the team responded that they would only sell the seats for Mike's personal use.
