Newt had one! The only candidate that did. Guess it wasn’t important to voters.

The only energy policy that is needed right now is to unchain the oil and gas industry, allow drilling in ANWR, off-shore drilling in other places, and build that darn Keystone pipeline,

Alleged problems with Fracking need to be disproved or fixed so as to reassure people that they won’t be harmed.

And finally, the EPA needs to get back to protecting from real threats to public safety and the environment, rather than attempting to prevent the fraudulent threat of global warming.

As it stands, the EPA thinks that a pile of cow manure poses a greater threat than open coal piles at terminals.

Have you read about the new Motiva refinery in Texas? It’s actually a refurbished and enlarged refinery that is the largest and most modern refinery in the country. It just opened last week and has the capability to produce enough fuel to meet the needs of both France and Italy, freeing them of the threats of cut off from M.E. oil. The refinery will also be supplying gas to the Philadelphia market which has seen the shut down of almost every one of their old refineries in the past year. (One Philadelphia refinery has been on the same lot since the Civil War.)

The refinery also has the capability to switch refining processes to refine whatever type of crude is available and whatever type of product is needed, as well as a coke calcinator.

The oil and gas industry is moving the country forward despite Obama’s regulatory interference. The Keystone pipeline will make it the efforts even more successful and we all know that will happen the minute that Obama is out of office.

Do we have 'the only'? NOPE and that's the point. Barry gave carte blanche to the EPA. We needed someone as leader who cares enough - with red/white/blue running through their veins - not their ego!

We need an EPA that concerns itself with protection from real environmental threats, not fraudulent politicized science.

Right now, the EPA refuses to measure real pollutants in the air, preferring instead to measure overall particulate matter and green house gases. So, a carcinogenic pollutant could be in the air, but if other types of particulate matter are not present in high enough quantities to trigger EPA regulations, the carcinogen gets a pass because the EPA refuses to even measure the amounts in the air.

Not quite correct. Obama’s energy policy is to destroy our current energy industry and make us dependent on foreign suppliers and cause government induced shortages to drive prices out of sight. That's some policy!

Sarah, you are just plain wrong on this.

owebama does have an energy policy:

1.) Destroy all aspects of the hydrocarbon industry.

2.) Give billions of American taxpayer’s money to your crony supporters and their “green energy” scams so they can give some of it back to you as tribute (aka “campaign contributions”). It’s the Chicago way.

3.) Make energy unaffordable which will force businesses to close and eventually destroy the USA.

It is a mistake to presume Obama does not have an energy policy, it is clear that he wants to stop entirely, the use of fossil fuels either by pricing it out of reach, or shutting down the use by regulation.

People need to be educated in what happens when they don't have fuel, they may not think a bug is so important that we should not drill or mine.
