Long-sealed Watergate documents may be released
By JESSICA GRESKO | Associated Press – Sat, Jun 2, 2012

WASHINGTON (AP) — The U.S. Department of Justice says at least some materials sealed as part of the court case against seven men involved in the 1972 Watergate burglary should be released.

The agency responded Friday to a request by a Texas history professor who is seeking access to materials he believes could help answer lingering questions about the burglary that led to President Richard Nixon's resignation.

Luke Nichter of Texas A&M University-Central Texas in Killeen, Texas, wrote the chief judge of the federal court in Washington to ask that potentially hundreds of pages of documents be unsealed. The judge said in a letter made public earlier this year that the professor had "raised a very legitimate question" about whether the material should remain sealed, and he ordered the Department of Justice to respond with any objections.

Justice attorney Elizabeth Shapiro wrote in a court document filed Friday that the office would not oppose the release of at least some documents.

Republican documents can always be unsealed if a Democrat wants to see them. That's how Obama won his first election, right? The Republican candidate had sealed divorce records. Voila! Open to the world, because Obama wished it so.

Obama's records? Not so open.

let’s compare watergate to the wholesale export of nuclear secrets and weapons tech to china under bjclinton

then compare it to fast & furious or Barry-gate

Anything that is released will surely not be favorable to the Republican party. Stupid and very sloppy mission. The chain could have stopped very shortly if some idiot from the campaign had just taken responsibility and there was no ‘’green door’’

The real story within Watergate was about John Dean’s call girl friend, later his wife.

http://oatneyworld.blogspot.com/2005/06/liddy-john-deans-wife-was-call-girl.html

Liddy: John Dean’s wife was call girl

The wife of John Dean, Elizabeth Beiner Dean, was a prostitute before she married the President’s Chief Counsel, G. Gordon Liddy has said. Apparently, the future Mrs. Dean willingly participated in an FBI undercover operation whose goal was to bust the very call girl ring that she was involved in. Apparently, the woman had a special relationship with the Counsel to President Nixon...she would eventually become his wife.

According to Liddy, who was one of President Nixon’s Watergate “plumbers,” the Madame of the whore house in which Mrs. Dean worked could be seen in the Dean wedding photos!

Mrs. Dean’s superior in the FBI investigation, which was occurring across from the Watergate hotel: W. Mark Felt.

If you ever figure out what the big deal was with “Watergate”, why don’t you fill the rest of us in on it.

Perhaps I can help.

The DEM party was trying to blackmail members of the Republican party. Supposedly they had some 'incriminating' photographs (could it have been some Republican bigwig with a COLOMBIAN HOOKER? ( Nah, stuff like that never happens, right?) stored in a safe in a room at the Watergate Hotel.

The REP party (campaign manager) needed to know if it was true, and who it was.

So... they had some 'plumbers' (known usually as government 'operatives') break in to get the photos.

There were no photos, it was all a wild goose chase designed to catch the 'burglars' in the act, and use it against the Republican Party Candidate(Nixon).

It worked.

It was because of Dean and his (call girl) wife that the Republicans 'thought' that the Dems really had some incriminating photos.

But...they didn't. It was a ruse and the Republican party leaders fell for it.

The Repubs were no angels, but compared to what the DEMS were actually DOING and GETTING AWAY with, the 'DEAN' connection was nothing. I mean, he ended up marrying her.

Now, let's turn to the DEMS parties, with underage boys provided for sexual pleasure from the Omaha Boy's Town and by a man named FRANKLIN.

OH.... bet you never heard of that one, did ya?

Long-sealed Watergate documents may be released

Why? Why now? What's the ulterior political motive?

Will this be done so that questions that may come up about The Won in connection with whatever scandal is about to break wide open can be answered with a deflection such as "not nearly as bad as what was done in Watergate"?

I just remembered something. Hillary Rodham Clinton.
In 1974 she was a member of the impeachment inquiry staff in Washington, D.C., advising the House Committee on the Judiciary during the Watergate scandal. Under the guidance of Chief Counsel John Doar and senior member Bernard Nussbaum, Rodham helped research procedures of impeachment and the historical grounds and standards for impeachment. The committee's work culminated in the resignation of President Richard Nixon in August 1974. (Source: Wikipedia)

But would not surprise me at all.

And it shouldn't.

The phrase "Absolute power corrupts, absolutely" comes to mind.

You see, when you have the power to fulfill your whims, soon you become bored with 'normal' things. Women throng to powerful men, so it is easy for them. Then... they desire what is forbidden, because only that gives them 'pleasure'.

That is why those who become very 'wealthy' and 'famous' usually end up dead. Money and fame lose their lustre. Onwards and downwards to drugs and 'prohibited' acts of lust, they go.

Politicians have more ability to keep their 'acts' suppressed than Hollywood Celebrities, so mostly we only hear about it happening to the Celebs.

It is very possible he was there. BUT... was he participating in the 'back room activities'?

Was he aware of what was going on?

Who knows. I would suggests that he just kept his nose out of it.

I think that the 'powerful' officials have been doing this kind of thing for longer than the US has been a country.

One question is 'why'?

Other than the excitement of a prohibited act , IMHO it is because 'boys' don't get pregnant.

It’s been awhile since I looked into this. IIRC, there were both male and females that claimed Bush was there at various times.

There were links to CIA/Contras through Larry King.

I think it is not so much that Bush was participating in the sexual activities. It’s that it was a CIA project...involving mind control , drug mules, prostitution, etc. etc. etc....

Corey Feldman said that using kids is prevalent in Hollywood. Melissa Gilbert said it was known that Feldman was being used for sex.

I do not think such goings on were limited to Hollywood and Catholic Priests.

It’s not just rumor. Former CIA Director Colby provided information. Tthe lawyer for one of the victims indicated that the project was to create multiple personalities in the victims so that they could be used for whatever the CIA/Military needed.

Manchurian type of person.

Btw, one of the victims, who received a 1 million dollar settlement, said one of his directives was to compromise politicians...especially ones that were opposed to bills.

His testimony about the how , where , and why is chilling.

How often was he used at these parties??? He said it was hard to say but probably a couple of thousand times

William Colby:

“What you have to understand, John, is that sometimes there are forces and events too big, too powerful, with so much at stake for other people or institutions, that you cannot do anything about them, no matter how evil or wrong they are and no matter how dedicated or sincere you are or how much evidence you have.”

Just realized that the main player in the Franklin Cover Up
was a chief assistant to Colby in Operation Phoenix/Vietnam.

This ties in with Obama since Colby said Indonesia had a similar program. East-West was a training ground for Operation Phoenix.

Lolo Soetoro was likely being used the same way when he had to go back for the change in the regime.

This was before Bayh’s time.

But I absolutely think the blackmailing goes on today.

There is a story in the WHI insider about threats to a Republican over Holder.

DC is a cesspool on both sides.

People think Bush was at the Kennedy assassination because of a Photo. Maybe be other reasons, too.

Don’t know how much of the Franklin Coverup is true. But given the way people got killed and/or disappeared - yeah, there is a story there.

I just read some opinions that Colby got killed to protect the Clintons over a scandal that was about to break.

true or not...it is believable!
