SAN LEANDRO (CBS / AP) — Authorities say an African American bank robber is in custody after disguising himself as an elderly white man and holding up several banks across Northern California.
San Leandro Police Lt. Jeff Tudor says 34-year-old Deron Williams apparently robbed 11 banks while wearing a “sophisticated full-face mask giving him the appearance of an elderly white male.”

Not only a felony BUT would be considered a hate crime for each instance.
Surely they will be able to get him off on some sort of technicality like, maybe police profiling. If they were supposed to be looking for a white guy and arrested a black guy it must somehow be wrong.
