Congratulate Queen Elizabeth II on her Diamond Jubilee

If the British people elect to keep the monarchy, that's their business and I'm happy for their opportunity to celebrate. But I can't see congratulating a woman for 60 years of doing nothing but living lavishly on other peoples money.
