A New Jersey judge ruled the parents of four children with Nazi-inspired names will not get custody of their kids.
Adolf Hitler Campbell, 6, and his two sisters, Joycelynn Aryan Nation Campbell, 5, and Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie Campbell, 4, have been in state custody since shortly after a Holland Township grocer refused to decorate a birthday cake for the boy's third birthday, The (Newark, N.J.) Star-Ledger reported Wednesday.
State officials allegedly took custody of a newborn son, Hons Campbell, just hours after his birth in November.
Now, a Superior Court judge has decided that self-proclaimed Nazis Heath and Deborah Campbell cannot have custody of their children.
"These kids weren't abused. Our kids weren't taken because of abuse," Heath Campbell said. "I'm honest about who I am and what I am."
Lawyers in the case are prohibited from talking to the media by a gag order, but Kristine Brown, spokeswoman for the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services, said, "every call or investigation that DYFS initiates at the end of the day is to determine if the child is at risk or in the midst of child abuse and neglect."

I think the state of New Jersey should have the kids’ names legally changed. Then they should kill the parents. There is no excuse for this crap.

So in a nutshell, the kids were taken away because someone didn’t like their Parent’s choice of names.
All hail the power of the State!
Why is this a problem? Not my tastes or beliefs, but if the state can do this? Who is next, people who name their child John-Paul?
Due to its past as a Spanish colony, the Philippines suffer from a shortage of last names. This, that is presence of a large number of duplicate names, first and last, causes plenty of identity problems for its citizens, the institutions of government and commerce. To help themselves and their children the Filipinos resort to giving their children unique names, such that would outrage many sensitive Westerners, but which resonate differently in that part of the world. And so, there are Adolphs, Hitlers and Himmlers, with the familiar Spanish derived family names. No big deal there.
I found this article after viewing what seemed like the sixth or seventh 60 Minutes segment on American Nazi or KKK groups or topics since the start of the Obama candidacy in 2008. I’m still waiting for the segment on voter obstruction by the Black Panthers, or anything truely negative on race-baiters like Al Sharpton.
Can someone tell me how many white Americans actually belong to these hate groups? Can I get a number that excludes those currently incarcerated (where self defense is clearly a motivation)?
Should have been stopped at the point where they were putting the names on the Birth Certificate. Some names are routinely denied. That being said, there is a red flag here and an investigation should be done.
Rename the boy Trayvon and the girls LaTrina and Klamydia.
I’m with you on this one. I only see one group of Nazis in this story, and it’s not the parents.
If that’s them, then let me just say that I don’t think Hitler would have embraced them. And I don’t think I would want them for my mom & dad.
