Wow. This crap still comes on television? What a waste of airtime.

It gets a lot worse than that. See my #40. That was on television also.

This, um, person (?), Perez Hilton, has the power to say who (or what) can be allowed to win a national beauty pageant and represent the USA in the Miss Universe pageant.

Antonio Gramsci (pronounced “gram-shee”), the Italian communist, who had
much time to think about such things while imprisoned for many years in
Italy. His “Prison Notebooks” were widely read and studied by communists in
the West. Gramsci analyzed Western culture and concluded that the only way
that communists could finally impose their totalitarian will over the West
was by first taking over its educational, cultural and religious
institutions. This would require years of stealthful infiltration. The
report quotes a passage from a book about Gramsci:

Antonio Gramsci … argued that power is best attained in developed,
industrialized countries through a gradual process of radicalization of the
cultural institutions (the “superstructure”) of bourgeois society, a process
that would in turn transform the values and morals of the society. Gramsci
believed that as society’s morals were softened, so its political and
economic foundation would be more easily smashed and reconstructed. http://www.wnd.com/2000/09/103/

Their parents should be prosecuted for child abuse

Occasionally, Mrs WBill and I used to watch "The Soup", a 30-minute program that made fun of all these reality TV shows.

I know the program that you're talking about (no idea of its name, though). You're absolutely correct. The parents who make their kids participate aren't right in the head.

Somehow, the perverts, radicals and Communists have seized the channels of communication, education and “entertainment”.

<><><><

LOL. Not somehow. We know exactly how it happened.

For decades, the right believed that the media was unimportant, not worth the time of productive people, fluff, valueless. It’s not business, it’s entertainment. We’ll leave that to the folks who can’t get and hold real, productive, jobs.

Methinks that might have been a miscalculation.

On Jeopardy a couple of weeks ago, a male contestant made mention of his “husband”. Alex didn’t flinch.

Of course she endorsed transgendered competitors for beauty queen. That’s like Hulk Hogan endorsing Barney Fife to be a professional wrestler.

"She looks just like all the other “plastic” women."

Funny, I think she's beautiful (when not talking, that is).

Are you suggesting that it is mainstream to allow men who have had sex change operations into women’s beauty pageants? Your comment begs the question as to what mainstream is, and who defines the mainstream.

Oh my gosh. Same-sex couples on Dancing With The Stars???

I can see ratings really drop off, if we see some famous lesbian such as Rosie O’Donnell. How many people want to tune in to see Rosie dancing with a girl????????

LGBT is not mainstream and should not be. However, if organizations go too far off the deep end, creating new, mainstream ones may be better than trying to rescue them and getting sucked into the abyss.

And I’m claiming to be a scientist who is designing and sending a satellite up into orbit.

...sending a satellite up into orbit.

I would assume a very low orbit, or am I mistaken?

It doesn't matter.

I just think it would be awesome to work with satellites.I love math and science.

I like math and science because they really make me think and analyze.
