Still so hip on voting for the RINO? Not me. FR has dug up enough dirt on him to make him a NO VOTE. Write in a real CONSERVATIVE Allen West and be done with it.
Time the grand old party blue bloods, status quos were taught a lesson, that WE the PEOPLE don't want RINO'S, it is why we are in the shape we are in, always voting for the lesser of 2 evils to stave off for a short time the EVIL Marxism that is creeping up on us.
I’ll vote for Romney, thanks.
From now on I am an Independent. IF the person who is running is a real CONSERVATIVE I will vote for them, if not, Porky Pig makes a good write in.
The once grand old party has become the party of stick it to the little guy, and give me a bigger piece of the pie! Premium pay and health care, while we get RATIONED Medicare. Try cutting your own pay, and go on BC/BS like the rest of America and pay payments for your health care, and quit sight seeing..vacationing on our dime!
And stop gutting the Military’s pay and retirement before you GUT YOURS!
You are not getting your butt shot at, maimed, or killed, yet you make 5 times what the average Military person makes and gets RATIONED health care when they reach 65 to go with their RATIONED Medicare which you plan on raising both of their cost. BUT NOT YOURS! And your pay will keep going up, far beyond the tiny COLA’s you give granny or the retired Military.
Find another fight.
Romney is our nominee this year.
Just as it is yours to voice yours, and mine to ignore yours!
The nominee will be deciding on a VP nod at some point.
That will be the point at which, opposition will be decided.
Let us hope, the choice is one who will unite the vote.
Time the grand old party blue bloods, status quos were taught a lesson
I have an idea how to stop the “establishment candidate” from ever winning the nomination again. But, before I prescribe the cure, let me give the diagnosis.
First of all, we’re blaming the establishment for outsmarting us, Gail. They put up one person. We put up 10. And everyone of our candidates leave much to be desired as a quality candidate themselves. (But, we won’t go there now.) Why? Because the quality Conservatives (Palin, DeMint, Ryan, Rubio, West, Jindal....) did not run. Guess who’s going to be the nominee. We must take our share of the blame for this. We Conservatives proved this go ‘round that we are very divided ourselves. The Santorum, Bachmann, Cain and Gignrich forces tried to destroy each other every chance they had. Karl Rove and company loved it but our Conservative friends’ egos would not let anyone relent and say, “Look, lets all of us sit down and choose ONE Conservative candidate for the Primaries and to take on Obama in the Fall.” No, we chose to fight, bicker and destroy; and then after it’s all over, blame the establishment. How does the satirical quote go? “We have met the enemy, and he is us.” We Conservatives can be our own worst enemy. Let’s take our share of the blame and teach ourselves a lesson.
The true Conservatives and Tea Party folks need to have their own mini-convention a month before the Primary process begins, and settle on ONE conservative candidate and get behind him/her and support them and NOT divide up the Conservative vote between 10 people and let the RINO ride in to take the nomination as has happened ever since Reagan.
It worked so well with McCain...Sarah had the battle won, he lost it with his fence setting and can we all get along, reach across the isle views. Well we have the worse in romney, he is NOT a CONSERVATIVE! He is the LESSER OF 2 EVILS. Which is still EVIL.
We had our time.
We had our place.
That was the time. That was the place. That was the fight.
Now is time to come together and save America. And fight next time. Because without a next time there is nothing.
I know this all to well, we have it here every election in TN. 2 conservatives will run, and 1 moderate, neither conservative will back down even if one is polling less well, so we get the moderate...i.e. current governor Bill Halsam. And on the local level the gop will NOT run a candidate in a majority dem district, so we have no one to vote for. For the first time we have redrawn district lines, still I have no chance to vote out the demRATS who own the district for life.
I live in such a district and no chance to move out. House is paid for, and can’t get a fair price for it, or I would be moving out of Shelby County entirely, they can keep their demwits and high taxes and high crime rates.
It has to start some where, if our Founders had not started we would still be under British rule. Why not now? We are throwing our children’s futures away and their children’s with the lesser of 2 evil choices we are having to make.
One opponent with the Tea Party in tow is exactly how Dick Lugar was unseated in Indiana. Mourdock sensed weakness and entered the race. The Tea Party voters lined up behind him. Mourdock was not courted by and slated by the Tea Party. Mourdock just read the "tea leaves" and rode the wave of anti-incumbency. In short, it was an accidental Tea Party win. Time will tell if we were duped.
There are enough of us out here to change things but we cannot thrive if we are divided. The real question is how do you unite without formally organizing? If the Tea Party formally organizes, then we will become what we loathe about party politics today.
romney is not saving the USA, he just adds a little bit less evil than what we have.
A little bit of reading material, romneys transition leader favors IMPLEMENTING 0care!
I’m just saying the most important thing facing us right now, is Obama.
Romney is important also. If he selects someone to the left of himself. Which I’m not sure yet he will do.
If he does he can be replaced next time. But until then, we have what we have.
I don’t like it either, but it is, what it is.
Why not now?
I’ll tell you why not now. Because if Barack Hussein Obama wins another four years in office without having to face the voters ever again, THERE WILL NOT BE A “NEXT ELECTION”. The man hates the fact that the U.S.A. is a Constitutional Republic, built and prospered on capitalistic economics, and he wants to turn it into a European, Socialist State. And, the open mic incident proved that he is in bed with the KGB darling of Russia; Vladamir Putin. THIS MAN IS DANGEROUS GAIL..... We cannot waste our vote this time by writing in Herman Humperdink.
God bless America and please hurry.
We are throwing our childrens futures away and their childrens with the lesser of 2 evil choices we are having to make.
If Barack Obama wins reelection, YOUR CHILDREN HAVE NO FUTURE!!!
and what are we to do with a nominee who appears determined to continue with this imposition of government controlled health care?
It isn’t an “either” “or” situation.
We can fight Obama - but we have to fight for our health care system as well.
That is where we differ:
I see Obama as more powerful, and more dangerous. Far more dangerous.
Willard is the alternative. He’s wishy-washy. He’s for one side or the other side. He’s for this or that.
But the media will only be for him until there’s someone more effective to oppose him.
Let’s be more effective ourselves, at picking his next opponents, as well. Until then let’s stop giving the victors the coins.
Win the victors, and have a better competitor next time.
But GET RID OF OBAMA NOW!
