Tuesdays recall election in Wisconsin has been imbued with national consequence, with many political watchers declaring the outcome could have significant implications for Novembers presidential race.
So how has President Obama weighed in? On Twitter.
It's Election Day in Wisconsin tomorrow, and I'm standing by Tom Barrett. He'd make an outstanding governor, Obama wrote Monday night, capping the Tweet with the -bo signature that denotes a personal tweet from the president himself.
It was the only time the president personally has voiced support for Barrett, the former Milwaukee mayor seeking to oust Republican Gov. Scott Walker, since Barrett won the Democratic primary in early May. The president has not made any appearances in the state, nor has his campaign invested significant resources in the race.

There he goes again!
OblahMao— yeh he’s a ‘Twit’ alright. What a gutless wuss!
What a “dirt bag” traitor Obama is . He has thrown more Democrats and Labor Unions under the bus then all the combined Republicans. Truth is, Obama cares only about one thing himself. End of Story!!!
The kiss of death, bo. The socialist democrat frauds are going to get spanked in this election and then politically KO’d come November.
Tweets from the Twit, to paraphrase Shakespeare.
Follow the $$$$—— everywhere King Barry went this week resulted in collection$ to hi$ campaign. He couldn’t do the ca$h cow routine thi$ week on Wi$con$in with the election going on. How chee$ey of him.
Love the fact that he signs off with “-bo” as in Bee Oh.
Another WTF moment.
You just can’t make this stuff up. Is he REALLY this dense?
That idiot is on the wrong side of EVERYTHING!

Or, quite likely, the family hound!
Hopefully democrats will stand with Obama in November the way that Obama has “stood” with Barrett.
As usual Obama backing another loser. Intrade gives Walker 93% odds of winning. Walker has won. Get over it! Obama has lost yet again.
“Win one for the Golfer!”
“Win one for the Golfer!”
Is that -bo the dog or -bo the prez?
So the President “tweets” his support! Could his support be any more tepid if he tried? I don’t think so. Talk about damning someone with weak support! Still, I suppose Obama is tired of endorsing losers like he did before and during the 2010 elections. Or did his endorsement contribute to the losses? Inquiring minds want to know.
