UPDATED: 2 News' Terry Sater just spoke to the mayor about the 'slap.' Barrett said the woman asked if she could slap him for conceding. He said he'd rather she hug him. So he leaned down.. and got the slap.
Frankly, these things do not surprise me, given the level of absolute HATE that MSNBC ginned-up on this. And yet, NO ONE will hold MSNBC accountable for any of it.
