Melancholy, I agree with you 100%. The MSM is the official Goebbels propaganda arm of the left. And you know what is a baby step behind them or even equal to them?
All publicly funded educational “institutions” from K through 12 through grad school. Brainwashing the population one generation at a time. Of course a few students manage to slip through the cracks, and there are a few good non-leftist scum teachers, but they are the exception, not the rule. Remember (I’m sure you do) that Ayers and his buddies went into education when they realized they could not have their precious revolution by force, in the 1970s. So the patiently infiltrated public schools and universities.
If I heard your Scots from Glasgow and Edinburgh, I’d probably understand more than two words, one of which they probably wouldn’t use!
That is truly frightening. The continuing breakdown in law and order was predicted in the book The Sovereign Individual. The larger powers, such as nation states, are no longer able to maintain their control of people, and smaller groups are now able to use force with impunity.
The future looks pretty chaotic to me. We might end up living in city states surrounded by moats. Who knows?
This is why, even YOU would be horrified to see me president! :-)
