The 'paycheck fairness' myth

Now disregard the facts that show given the allowances for types of careers and time off there is no discrimination. Just think if a certain employer could hire females who could do a particular job as good or better than male counterparts how much money they could make. The fact is: if females could do certain jobs as well or better than men and be paid less for it, there’s no way employers who discriminated against women could stay in business. The savings in labor costs would assure that any employer who hired strictly females would ruin the competition. The reality is that situation does not exist. And of course since the seventies, there is federal legislation assuring that women can’t be paid less for the same job. The whole thing is just another scam run by radical feminists and their whipped male dogs in Congress.
