Witness #8 is clearly DeeDee and her story there now differs from the one that she told to the national media back in March. She said then that she told Trayvon on the phone to run away but he said something to the effect of: “No — I’m not running anymore”. And then the call ended. She has been coached by Crump who has her in hiding working on her new story, but it won’t fly. Her initial story is already on record.

Witness #9 is the anonymous caller with her recorded call to SPD.

Witness #22, a former co-worker of mid-Eastern descent, claims Zimmerman taunted him over and over again. He also claims that Zimmerman’s constant complaints against everyone led to his being fired.

Austin McLendon is a 13-year-old eighth grader who was walking his dog. He is the brother of Witness #15. The witness states he saw someone lying on the ground who couldn’t get up. It looked like they had on a red shirt. He was outside while walking a dog. The person on the ground was yelling “help.” He says he only looked for a few seconds and only saw one person. He didn’t see how it happened. He didn’t see why he was yelling for help. He thought because it was wet outside that…

I remember this kid's interview with the media. He said that he saw the black guy on top of the older guy punching him.

His mom then came out and said that he is too young to have seen what he said he saw. His mom should be indicted for witness tampering.

And now he is saying that he only saw one person on the ground yelling for help because he couldn't get up because the ground was wet???

Clearly these witnesses are all trying to twist their testimony so as to hide the fact that Trayvon was the aggressor.

Witnesses #9 and #22 didn't see anything that night or am I wrong???

They are merely character witnesses against Zimmerman. I wonder when they came forward and why they did if they saw nothing that night. Clearly they have a grudge against him. Why are they relevant as witnesses in this case, while Trayvon's school records and background to the event are not???

I do notice that Witness #22 states that Zimmerman would not pick a fight with someone bigger and Trayvon was definitely bigger.

Witness #5 definitely has credibility problems.

This witness ... believes that whomever she saw out there intended to kill the Trayvon Martin.

So she's testifying to what she believed about his intentions before the shooting. Did she believe it then or later??? If she believed it then, then why did she wait until later to make the call??? And what does someone's "intention" look like???

She was about to take an online test and went to make coffee in the kitchen, when she heard sounds like sopmeone in trouble or hurting.

Was this before or after the gunshot?

She and Selma slowly walked toward the glass door, and saw “the kid” laying on the ground.

It sounds like she is describing what she heard and saw after the gunshot which is not disputable.

Short people always want to be taller.

Zimmerman was measured at the SPD on two separate occasions -- 5'7" at one time and 5'8" at another, according to reports. Would that be 5"7 with his shoes off and 5'8" with them on or both on or both off???

Martin on his DL is listed at 6'00". He is probably 6'00" or taller with his shoes on, 5'11" on the ME table.

In short, there is, according to documented measurements, about a 4 inch height difference between them: 5'7" - 5'8" versus 5'11 - 6'00". In basketball and boxing, that is a substantial height and reach difference.
