Included in the epic battle in Ezekiel 38 & 39 as the allies of Gog & Magog, are the nations of Persia (the Arabian Gulf nations-Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Kuwait), Ethiopia (the Arab nations of the Horn of Africa - Ethiopia, Somalia, Sudan), Libya (the Arab nations of Northern Africa - Libya, Algeria, Morocco), and these nations along with Russia (Gog & Magog) will be destroyed by GOD in the epic battle at roughly the mid-point of the Tribulation. Egypt is NOT mentioned in this alliance of nations, and I believe that is because God is sparing Egypt because Mary & Joseph & toddler Jesus were allowed to remain in safety in Egypt until King Herod died and they could return in safety back to Nazareth. Also interesting, is the fact that the destruction of 5/6 of the gigantic force of Russia & the Arab allies at midpoint of the Tribulation, will thus allow the Anti-Christ to consolidate his world wide power, now that the alliance of socialist-communist nations & the Arab nations with their worship of Muhammad are now effectively eliminated as a serious challenge to the Anti-Christ.
