I had Dersh for Criminal Law. He is absolutely hard over on opposing Government arrogance and defiance of the law and required legal procedures in criminal cases. Nifong II stirred the wrong pot when she called Harvard.
Apart from the merits of the case, I am slightly amused at the idea of a prosecutor threatening to sue, not only a professor at Harvard Law School, but Harvard University. Let me think for a few seconds about the chances of success.
Just out of curiosity, has anyone ever sued Harvard Law School and won the case?
