Former Pentagon Analyst Says China Can Shut Down All The Telecom Gear It Sold To The US

Chinese companies apparently have a covert capability to remotely access communications technology sold to the United States and other Western countries and could "disable a country's telecommunications infrastructure before a military engagement," according to former and current intelligence sources.

The Chinese also have the ability to exploit networks "to enable China to continue to steal technology and trade secrets," according to the open source intelligence company Lignet, which is comprised of former U.S. intelligence analysts.

The issue centers on the Chinese firm Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., which U.S. intelligence sources say has direct links to the Chinese government and the People's Liberation Army, or PLA.

The problem of fake Chinese electronic components, which were installed by defense contractors without prior testing and are operating in U.S. military systems, is far more widespread than originally thought.

These counterfeit components have been found in sensitive U.S. missile systems meant to thwart the potential of a Chinese missile attack, in night vision devices and in various military aircraft.

"We do not want a $12 million defense interceptor's reliability compromised by a $2 counterfeit part," Gen. Patrick O'Reilly, director of the U.S. Missile Defense Agency said.

Huawei, suspected of exploiting electronic telecommunications backdoors, continues to sell communications technology in the U.S. and other countries despite a supposed ban on the company that was supposed to keep it from bidding on cellular networks and government contracts, a current intelligence source said.

The electronic backdoor capability reportedly could allow the Chinese government through Huawei and ZTE to access information traveling through telecommunications networks or even sabotage electronic devices, Lignet said.

“Military systems that are supposed to be secure wouldn’t be on the public internet,”

They aren’t supposed to copy secret data to usb keys and post it on wikeleaks either.

China had compromised Unisys network who had a DHS contract for 3 years before Unisys told the govt.

Just how many times do people have to get burned before they realize that...

China will steel your intellectual property.

Anything metal from China is likely to have irradiated metal in it.

Anything medicinal from China is either superstitious quackery or toxic.

Pet food from China will kill your pets.

Tooth paste from China is lethal if ingested, and probably not so great for you even if you spit it out.

Cough medicine from China will have paint thinner in it instead of glycerol because paint thinner is cheaper and they do not care if it kills you.

Baby food from China will have cheap toxins added if the toxins mimic the presence of an expensive ingredient they would rather not pay for.

Anything electronic from China is either nonfunctional or its function is to disable your device or spy upon you.

Even if you find an affordable and non-toxic product from China - by buying it you are supporting Communism and slave labor.

Make me think Russia, China or whoever could drop a few nukes in our laps before we even know what’s going on.

Another reason for Barry to take a hike.

Right now we’re at the mercy of some very bad people with a POS POTUS. A very disasterous combination.

Oh yes, and let me not forget....

Any children's toy you buy from China will likely have irradiated metal, lead paint, and industrial waste products.

So I hope it is really worth saving a few bucks! The Walmart crowd doesn't seem too bright to begin with, and they sure won't get any smarter sucking on lead paint toys.

I highly suspect a false-flag operation or something similar is in the works for the near future.

I can smell it.

I’m thinking this may be the “assassin’s mace” they were talking about some years ago. It’s near EMP level devastation without the need for the EMP, and subject to none of the hardening defenses. No sub or ICBM required; the American consumer is the ideal distributed delivery system. I also wonder about composite chemical warfare from China. There are so many “innocuous” compounds building to background levels in the environment, and building our bloodstreams. What if one is just primed for wide release of an activator molecule, say in food packaging? Man, where’s my foil when I need it?

My friend is a senior security expert at a major online dictionary site and he said there is a secret Chinese backdoor in their hardware that will allow them to change all pronunciation codes in online reference databanks from “R”s to “L”s and vice versa, instantly making it look like we talk stupid.

Was it not Bill Clinton & Bill Richardson who bought into the idea that our sensative military hardware and software should be allowed to be made in China????

It didn’t make sense then and it doesn’t make sense now.

I didn’t even tell husbands—( now ex’s) where all my bank accounts were.

Apparently, I have more sense of survival than either of the 2 Bills.

Isn't reality fun?

Now think about how readily paper hold chemicals, and how fast paper money is passed around. Or how about the flicker rates in advertisements and movies and its connection to mild epileptic states, and the relationship between mild epileptic states, antidepressants and neurolinguistic programming.

And I haven't even started to talk about what is actually in a Starbucks Frappucino...

You’ve not heard reports that the military are finding chips manufactured in China installed in our missiles and sensitive military equipment?

Thousands of chips have been coded to shutdown on command in case of conflict with China. Serious national security breach.

I think you’re right. But I don’t think he’d get away with it because too many would see through it.

But I’d put nothing past him....even getting a lot of Americans killed right here in the US.
