DEAR GOD! That BRAVE, beautiful young man. I sincerely hope there is a heaven and that he is in it. I pray that his soul is peaceful there, free from pain and torment. GOD BLESS him! Part of me watched out of curiosity to be honest, but part of it was to honor that man. To see how he died. He died bravely. No screaming. No pleading. That being said... the question "Is this Islam" is a valid one...
I would think 90 plus % of Islam would be horrified just as the rest of civilization is watching this...and would condone this in the strongest way possible..
There is the rub...they don't for fear and ignorant cultural reasons...
If you were to ask Germans in the early thirties that their government and peoples would be responsible for starting WWII, 12 million deaths and the "Final Solution", I would think many would think you are crazy and needed to be institutionized...
But that is exactly what happened....though propaganda, fear, xenophobia, and a beguiled population... history proves..people are sheep and willing to follow the leadership down any path as long as they have security and feel their actions will keep them safe...
