I always cringe when I read or hear about innocent children being adopted (sold) by queers. That child is being involuntarily thrust into a perverted life style from which they probably will never recover. Pray for each and everyone of them.

Findings such as these do not support claims that there are “no differences” between gay parenting and heterosexual, married parents, said Mr. Regnerus...this may seem obvious and accepted knowledge to most, but the addition of another objective, "scientific" study confirming the idea that male-female parenting is the most effective is necessary to help refute claims to the contrary made by "intellectuals" on the left, backed by their own supposedly valid scientific findings - the more such studies as this, the better.....

Besides the obvious risk (the child’s physical safety), what chance could they have with “parents” that are certifiably crazy? Until it was changed decades ago for purely political reasons, homosexuality was rightly considered a mental illness.

This is also not just about heterosexual versus homosexual — it’s also about divorce and single mothers. Households headed by single mothers usually breed a new generation of sociopaths and criminals.

Well, the studies have a purpose. So far, the liberal left persists on anecdotes and Christian charity. We want to believe the best about people. So if one is ‘independent’ often one wants to believe the anecdotes about the normal Eagle Scout valedictorian raised by two lesbian parents that have been together for 20 years as the norm for parents in the gay community.

But that is not the norm in the gay community and the statistics about stability of households, abuse and violence between gay couples and so on are pushed under the rug in favor of the anecdote.

These studies need to be publicized, because the plural of anecdote is not data, and the data is clear: as an example of how to set up a stable social construct that is good for the majority of the children involved in it, homosexual parents, even long term committed couples, do not appear to compare well overall in comparison to stable two parent families where both parents are biological parents.

Homosexuals like to point out how poorly heterosexuals are doing, with the divorces, adultery, child abuse and how in cohabiting couples, statistics for poverty, violence, neglect, abuse and poor outcome of maturity of the children that grow to adulthood in such situations are also quite poor.

But two wrongs don’t make a right and pointing at someone and saying they are bad too, is not a valid legitimate argument.

We just need to realize that for the overall health of society and raising kids to be good adults, we need to promote and teach and learn how to be good stable, married parents too.

Yes, when I read the entire article I was aggravated with the author of the study positing that when gays "marry" more often perhaps they will produce more stable environments for children.

What a joke. Homosexual lifestyles are NOT about stability. Two homosexuals in a long-term stable relationship is NOT the norm. And, even if two are together for a long period of time, they are having sex outside their relationship.
