SPLC publishes list of "radical right" leaders [inc. Malik Zulu Shabazz]

The Southern Poverty Law Center [SPLC] published a list of the "30 new activists heading up the radical right." It was published in the SPLC's free magazine called "Intelligence Project." The list includes many mainstream conservatives, including this writer.

-snip-

The original purpose of the "Intelligence Project" was supposed to be to fight the KKK. Noticeably absent from the SPLC's enemies list is any Klan leaders. The SPLC could not even find one real life Klan leader to talk about. They list three "Neo-Nazis." The SPLC says the first one is lying about having any following. The second one is identified as working in Iraq, so he is not even in the USA to lead anything. The third one is described as organizing his last event in 2008, and the SPLC say that was a flop.

-snip-

World Net Daily was the leading target. Its publisher Joseph Farrah and two employees of the news site are listed. Several mainstream radio talk show hosts are attacked. This includes big name syndicated host Alex Jones.

The magazine also calls Micheal Savage a "hate jock," and has a entire article denouncing Rush Limbaugh.

Also on the list of "radical right" leaders is Black Panther Party leader Malik Zulu Shabazz.

I’m surprised he didn’t list Fred Phelps.

What a joke group that is. Its list of “hate” incidents is really petty and of course, totally biased. “Hate” is a characteristic found only in white, heterosexual, Christians. Never is there an instance of violence perpetrated by a PC protected group member against anyone. Its tax exemption should be revoked because of its political activities and also its inherent racism and bigotry.

They did include Malik Zulu Shabazz, but maybe that was affirmative action.

Good point, I’m sure tokenism is alive and well in their imaginary world view

Anyone they hate must be “right wing” because Socialists on the Left never denounce leftists, even if they are oppressive Communist dictators, oppressive NAZI dictators, or oppressive Democrat (KKK) insurgents fighting against the Republicans and “gub’mint” in the 100 years of reconstruction after the Civil War.

Those Black Panthers are racist, and for racial separatism, and (socialism) so they MUST be Right Wing extremists. < /sarc >

I loathe Stalinist revisionist history tactics.

We never heard nationally about David Duke when he was a Democrat or an Independent (those “moderates” we hear about who are so important to the political process).

When he became an independent again after losing a campaign as a Republican, the media forgot about him again.

You’ve got it. In the eyes of the Left establishment, “right-wing” means “anybody I don’t like.”

The SPLC is a dinosaur from the past. This is a group thrashing out and lashing out at anyone not bound to their vision of American minorities still beset by the Klan (which is a mere ghost of its former self) and other nasty hate groups. Basically, they’re opposed (and ready to smear) anyone or any group that wants an America as the Founders wanted. In short, if you’re against certain groups getting privileges under law not available to other groups, you’re a nasty racist. That’s the essence of thought for the people at the SPLC. Support an unbiased, no favoritism policy, and you’re the enemy to those folks.

George Orwell was a Socialist activist but it became clear to him that the Socialists and Communists in the West were unwilling to be critical of an evil man like Joe Stalin. It led him to write 1984 and Animal Farm.

Stalinists lie. Always.
