ATF whistleblower site members not buying Holder’s ‘Fast and Furious’ testimony
Gun Rights Examiner ^ | 10 June, 2012 | David Codrea

Posted on 06/11/2012 7:27:32 AM PDT by marktwain

Weekend reactions from CleanUp ATF forum comment posters to Attorney General Eric Holder’s Thursday testimony before the House Judiciary Committee on the Fast and Furious “gunwalking” criminal operation show disbelief, anger and contempt. The website, established by so-called “dissident” ATF agents and whistleblowers to expose and rectify agency waste, abuse, corruption and fraud, was the initial source for information about walked guns found at the murder scene of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, and much further information has been obtained from its members throughout the courses of Congressional and media investigations.

“Watching the latest soap starring Eric Holder...who apparently thinks the rest of us are just too damned stupid to figure out that the use of 'fast and furious' DOES actually indicate OPERATION 'fast and furious' is being referenced,” member Excalibur-2112 observed in a thread titled “Looks like the dope finally stepped in it…Eric Holder.”

“This man needs to be impeached, prosecuted here in the states then handed over to the sovereign nation of Mexico for terrorist crimes against the Mexican people who died because of his failed attempt to push more gun control,” he concluded.

“It's amazing how much AG Holder knows about all the other subjects he was questioned about - but for Fast and Furious, he knows nothing, doesn't remember anything, his people didn't know anything, and he doesn't want to find out anything.... and Bush did it first!” forum member Ike replied, echoing a common reaction to the testimony.

“After that embarrassing foolishness aka testimony by the Attorney General, ISSA Decides enough is enough,” CleanUpATF staff moderator Iceman weighed in. “This is going to be a great 4th of July. Why is this important? Because as long as Mr. Holder get away with lies and incompetence, SO WILL ATF SENIOR managers. Accountability works.”

Many people are very glad that this administration is not more competent.

It is easy to screw up when you have very rich people and the press to clean up all you mess. Example, Bill Clinton.

Somehow - cal it a ‘gut hunch’ - I think they know EXACTLY what they’re doing, and feigning ignorance and incompetence is just a admin smokescreen, though not very expertly done. I hope I’m wrong.

Rich donors, a compliant press and the Democrats control the Senate. Did anyone really expect Holder to tell the truth? Some PAC or conservative foundation should fund a civil suit on behalf of the slain agent’s family.

None of us really love Romney, and none of us liked McCain.

But I think it is very safe to say that neither President McCain nor President Romney would arm Mexican drug lords so that they can terrorize US citizens.

You are so right. Let’s get obama out.

Then, let’s fix the primary calendar such that we never have to nominate a McCain with the hopes of stopping an obama. THAT is the root of the political problem here and the survival of the country depends on our fixing it.

I don't know a soul who is buying Holder’s ‘Fast and Furious’ testimony" As a matter of fact, I know very few people who think Holder should stay on as AG, that he is racist in the extreme.

Holder has "superior knowledge" but after a year of his own special investigator investigating he still doesn't know diddly squat about Fast and Furious. Amazing!

Apparently Holder is completely incapable of getting any of his subordinates to tell him anything. /s

But I think it is very safe to say that neither President McCain nor President Romney would arm Mexican drug lords so that they can terrorize US citizens.

That wasn't the point of F&F. The point was a false flag operation to allow them to gut the 2nd Amendment. Heavily armed drug lords were terrorizing US citizens before F&F and they still are after F&F.

As far as arming the drug lords, that's like carrying coals to Newcastle, they are already armed way better than F&F could do.

All 3 of them, Obama, McCain and Romney are just fine with the already heavily armed drug lords having a E-ticket to cross our borders at will to terrorize US citizens.

I do know that Romney has spoken a few words about protecting the borders, but I do not believe him.

Enough pussyfooting around with the left. Grow a pair like WALKER and move the investigation into phase II. WITHHOLDER, OBAMA and HILLARY were in it from the very beginning. Prosecution is the next step.

My personal line in the sand is amnesty. Protect the borders and deport and he has my wholehearted support.

Holder should’ve been impeached by failing to prosecute the Black Panthers for their ‘voter intimidation at the polls’ while claiming “there’s no evidence” EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CAPTURED ON VIDEO. Additionally, add to the list Holder’s failure to prosecute the NBPP for issuing a “WANTED: DEAD OR ALIVE” poster on George Zimmerman while he was a free man. Suing States for their Voter ID laws knowing the SCOTUS recently upheld such laws is contemptuous, as well as suing States for enforcing immigration laws.

“I know it is going to be hard to bring this communists Administration down but we can do it. Let’s get behind Romney.”

I share you sentiment, but we have to remember that W did nothing to “bring down” the Clinton Cartel.

There is a far less chance that Romney will bother. He is a phoney liberal that makes W look like George W. in comparison.

The downside of having ‘press butt kissers’ is dems become sloppy in their lies. Even suck-ups at the New York Times can’t cover for dem murders...
