Senate Democrats blocked a resolution introduced by Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) calling for Attorney General Eric Holder to introduce an outside special counsel to investigate a number of recent military and intelligence leaks.

McCain introduced a resolution Tuesday expressing the Senate's support for Holder to appoint a special prosecutor. But Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) objected after McCain asked for unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to consideration of his resolution.

The commie ‘RATS are scared. It’s too late to replace their messiah now and the white boys down at the DNC wouldn’t be able to play their precious race card with Hillary in the Oval Orifice.

John I'm so glad you have reached out your bipartisan hands so many times that the democRATS have chomped off your arms.

Maybe you should get your daughter to talk them?

I blame McLame for Obama being in power.

...didn’t the RATS (Reid) block the bill to prohibit politicians from “inside trading” also?

The cover-up is always worse than the crime.

Didn’t the Democrats learn anything from Watergate?? Lewinskygate??

Now they’re just gonna prolong the inevitable investigation, which makes for MORE news coverage and generates MORE public interest. Death by a thousand cuts.

Whatever, Obama’s going down, and that’s a good thing.

Juan, what would doing this accomplish - this is Grand Standing .... It accomplishes nothing and delays the work that needs to be done. This leads to arguements over minutia. It's not that hard .... push for a Special Counsel and step aside and let him do the work that needs to be done.

While I agree with that sentiment, I don't think it will do any good.

1... Barry-O is going down in November.
2... Holder is quoted as saying "I've enjoyed my time as AG", when testifying before Congress.

THAT makes it sound like Holder can read the writing on the wall, even absent #1.

Who was it that said; “nothing that happens in DC just happens, it’s always planned.” With that, I can’t help but think these leaks were designed to serve to discredit the US and to diminish or put in question the trustworthiness of the US government. McAmnisty and the other senate twerp both have been there for so long that they must be in on it. More good cop bad cop crap.

Agreed. That was Holder telegraphing inner circle doom @ election time. The press and media are just fluffing polls and surveys to save face.

And today he asked for Boehner and Issa to sit down with him, one on one, to avoid a ‘Constitutional crisis’. They declined. Holder knows he's done. Conyers asked him to resign today.

Conyers asked him to resign today.

I read that someone asked him to resign, but it didn't sink in until now that it was Conyers.

I almost fell out of my chair.

Conyers, the dem bootlicker from Michigan?

Pack your bags, Eric.

Conyers probably feels that if Holder resigns the investigation will stop before it reach’s Obama.

Oh, Cornyn is an R.

Not so devastating as it would be if Conyers had done it.

Again the RINO's will allow the RATs to investigate themselves.
Oh and maybe the RATs will allow one republican to serve them scotch
before the closed door meetings after the locks are changed.
