No. The judge determined that there was sufficient evidence to support the arrest on perjury charges. So he had her arrested.

Well, it certainly gives the persecutor more leverage on GZ to get him to plead guilty to a crime he did not commit. “Cute wifey you have here..it would be a shame if something were to happen to her.”

From what I’ve seen you write here, that would be hunky-dory with you.

Even though the prosecutor edited the transcript for the judge? Revoking bond needs a diiferent burden of proof thn charging with perjury, it appers.
