Sheriff Joe challenges eligibility in Florida
WND ^ | June 13, 2012 | Art Moore

Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse lead investigator have submitted sworn affidavits in a Florida case challenging President Obama’s eligibility for the election ballot of the crucial swing-state that decided the 2000 presidential election.

Significantly, Judge Terry Lewis in Leon County – known for his rulings in the Bush v. Gore case at the center of the 2000 contested election – has confronted the White House for failing to support its claim that the term “natural born citizen” in the U.S. Constitution means something other than the offspring of two American citizens.

Lewis has scheduled a hearing for Monday at 9 a.m. at the Leon County Courthouse in Tallahassee to hear the Obama team’s motion to dismiss the case and determine whether it should go forward with discovery.

Affidavits from Arpaio, Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo and WND author and senior reporter Jerome Corsi have been filed ahead of the hearing. The briefs support the complaint’s charge that there is evidence Obama is constitutionally ineligible for the White House and, therefore, original documentation is needed to determine whether he should be on the ballot.

Attorney Larry Klayman, founder of the Washington, D.C., watchdogs Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, is representing a registered member of the Democratic Party, Michael Voeltz, who has filed the complaint as a Florida voter. Klayman’s work is supported by the non-profit ConstitutionActionFund.org.

Klayman told WND today that unlike other Obama eligibility cases, this case “likely will go the distance” because of the strength of Florida law, which provides voters with the right to challenge a candidate’s eligibility.

“The judge must make a decision based on eligibility,” Klayman explained. “He can’t sidestep it as judges in other states have attempted to do.”

Don't forget - the Florida Supreme Court is a bunch of liberals. At least they were from the Bush vs. Gore decision.

They will rule against any Obama ineligibility decision made.

Klayman will be successful as long as he emphasizes to the court that 27 Supreme Court justices agreed on the Minor definition of NBC: all children born in the country to parents who were its citizens ... all while rejecting that the 14th amendment defines NBC. THE precedent that needs to be cited in addition to Minor is Luria v. United States which affirms that Minor is the precedent on presidential eligibility NOT Wong Kim Ark, even though Wong Kim Ark unanimously affirmed the Minor NBC definition. There’s no higher legal authority than this.

Watching how Joe handles the feds brings a smile to my face...just a few men with cohones like Joe and a couple of governors are bringing to the front, states rights..too many buckle under the fed cause they hold the purse strings... I have always wondered why the feds hold the purse strings when many fed taxes go through the states first. I have no knowledge about it, but wonder if the states would hold in escrow all fed taxes they take in and back the feds off their backs.....sounds too easy, and as I say I don’t really have any knowledge on how it works...

This Judge has been informed by the Sheriff that all his identity documents are fraudulent and that new info is coming out any day now.

Sheriff maybe bluffing, maybe not.

I don’t know how a judge could ignore this.

Does AZ Senator John McCain support fellow AZ Sheriff Joe?

No, that’s why Sheriff has street cred...

I hope you are right.

Sheriff Joe has made a stand for the rule of law, so at least the Judge will not be alone if he does decide to uphold article II of the constitution.

A serving LEO has finally stood up, if the Judge does too the whole corrupt gang of GOPe and Democrats [CP USA/DSA/CoC in drag]is going to take a torpedo hit to the rudder.

Yes, and like Butter says, all the transaction logs as well.

Who accessed records, when, why, who was the requesting party, etc.

Has McCain ever been confronted to speak on the matter of Sheriff Joe Arpaio even? Would be interesting to put him on the spot and on the record.

My guess is that they found hard copies of the 1961 Honolulu newspapers and none of them contain any announcements about a birth to Mr. and Mrs. Barack Hussein Obama. Can’t wait to see how the Foggers try to explain that.

Not likely, but what a lottery win that would be. Fogbow would have an epic meltdown!

Who keeps copies of daily papers from 50+ years ago?

Hillary Clinton had a terrible accident.

She fell into an upholstery machine.

Now she is fully recovered.

Newspaper offices do. They often have a room called a morgue with copies of original newspapers bound into volumes that can be perused like a great big book. Might be old newspapers at a flea market or at a libary that keeps archives instead of microfilm or microfiche. Or perhaps from the parents of another child born in August 1961, who kept hard copies of the newspaper.

Dunn ‘bout the rest, but the Democrats will sue for and get an injunction so that Obama stays on the ballot until the issue is settled. Since that won’t be until after the election, it has no effect...
