When would the Federal courts have the opportunity to get involved though? Don’t they have to wait until an appeal works its way up to them?

If I’m not mistaken, the prosecutor has immunity from civil suits, so I don’t think that would fly.

I don’t think they are immune to Bar complaints, there should be at least two in front of the Florida Bar right now.
