I thought the Clinton impeachment was ridiculous spiteful overkill. Many here will flame me now, but this move by Obama is exactly why the impeachment clause was placed in the Constitution. Article II sec 3 states that the job of the President is to see that the laws are faithfully executed. With this action he is in violation of the Constitution of the United States of Amerca. The precedent here is terrifying no matter what Party holds the WH. This cannot be allowed to stand. No POTUS can be allowed to decide what laws he will carry out. Impeach Now!!
