What is more important? A signed pledge or loyalty to America? The delegates still could and should take command and do the RIGHT thing.

Palin 2012. She would win easily. We need to let the delegates that we will have their back.

Sarah’s not running.
What is America if people lie and break their word?

God forbid we have a deep discussion on the illegals issue during an election year

Oh...another discussion on illegals and borders?

How nice!

Is this discussion # 8,960,127,401?

After 25 years of Americans voting, begging, protesting, screaming, petitioning, volunteering for relief of this violent government sponsored gang rape of our country, as hundreds of thousands of innocent Americans have been ran over by illegal drunks, killed, robbed, raped, murdered, shot, knifed, defrauded and burglarize......

Now we can all sit around for the billionth time and politely discuss multiple millions of disrespectful Mexicans entering our country illegally, as they literally choke off our schools, hospitals, jails, classrooms, social services, jobs, you name it!

You're joking right Mr. Ramjet?

Okay, you’ve crystallized an effect. So what is your recommendation?

Now you want to politely discuss the solutions?

You live in a cave?

They've been discussed 304,895,945 times.

Tell ya what Ramjet, take the next 16 weeks, and review the threads on this site alone for thousands of common sense solutions.

Then you can spend the next 5 years on other sites and review those common sense solutions as well.

BTW slick, based on your juvenile Pollyanna comments, it probably never occurred to you, your corrupt government has no intention of securing our lawless violent borders. It's why this lawlessness has been going on so many damn years.

What a surprise huh?

I was probably too harsh, which I regret. Look, if ya tell me yours, I’ll tell you if it’s already been put forth/suggested 1k times. This could streamline and expedite this exchange substantially.

We have to let the delegates know we are behind them if they decide to grow a pair and dump this socialist clown for a constitutionalist.

Politics is the art of the possible. Might as well get with reality. Romney is the nominee and will be until November.

He'd better get in front of the citizen outrage in a hurry, and demand that Obama cancel the E.O., or demand that Congress begin impeachment hearings

Great idea. Make himself an object of scorn and ridicule before he is even officially nominated. Yeah that'll work like a charm.

Good lord, friend. You're advocating the standard operating procedures of old, which have done nothing but allow (maybe even cause) the continued erosion of our constitutional system of government, and the unchecked leftward drift of the Republican party.

Have you not noticed there's a rebellion going on, and that the American people are DEMANDING a sharp turn to the right, and voting for candidates who show backbone and the resolve to do that?

Look to the results of the 2010 midterms for guidance, if you need a refresher. If that's too deep in the bowels of ancient history, then look no further than the results of the Wisconsin recall election, or the two anti-union initiatives which just passed in California. If the states are the 'laboratories of democracy', then review all of the many pro-American, pro-family, pro-gun, common sense legislative accomplishments of the conservative right over the last two years.

Conversely, look to all of the recent defeats and collapse on the Democrat side for evidence of what I'm talking about. They're just barely holding their ground in the bluest of blue areas of the country. Just barely. The tide has shifted, and any candidate worth a lick, understands that, and is positioning himself in front of that wave of citizen discontent.

To do otherwise, is to signal to the people that you're committed to maintaining the status quo, and that you've already been compromised by the old guard elites.

Romney is already proving that he's guilty of both.

Don’t the votes this year in the primary mean anything?

Yeah, they do. They're a terrible indictment of those who made them.

Perhaps we should have a rule in the Party like we do in Texas for candidates: sign a paper saying you’ve read the Platform and rules and then talk about at least 10 things in the Platform. No money if the candidate refuses.

Or better yet, if there are to be some - like these plaintiffs - who are so much wiser than the rest of us, perhaps we should do away with the Primaries all together.

Or the turncoats could go form their own party.

Perhaps we should. They wouldn’t be missed in the slightest.

It seems to me that the only practical manner, short of an expensive and invasive deportation program, is to make it extremely difficult to live here such as states cannot issue driving licenses or occupational licenses under threat of losing highway or other related funding that allows an illegal to do business here, enforce existing laws hammer businesses with new exhorbirate fines for hiring illegal subcontractors which is rampant in the construction businesses, remove non profit statuses to churches that give basic livelihood essentials to illegals, treat all illegal felons with greater penalties than US citizens as their rights are not recognized or guaranteed in constitution (otherwise you couldn’t have GTMO), along with the other discussed policy changes such as reversing anchor baby scenarios. Oh, and landlords/apt owners could lose properties for housing illegals. That’s what it would take if people really wanted to get serious about dealing with existing illegals....otherwise we are just venting on a web blog.

Ya think?

Way back in 1994, California was way ahead of the rest of the country Ramjet.

Lookup CA prop 187 Ramjet. It won big!

It would have prevented illegal alines from using tax paid services.

It was California Prop 187 that made me realized the government had no damn intention of securing our borders, and were operating like a GD dictatorship.

What did the state and their fedgov co-conspirators do *after* Californians voted for in a a free election and won big? I'll tell ya what they did. Your government ruling class declared California's free election, illegal and burned their GD ballots.

The results of that massive, country killing government control and intrusion can now be seen coast to coast, right in your back yard Ramjet.

Fact of the matter is, your government is one big fraud, filled with evil traitors and betrayers.
