LOS CABOS, Mexico -- The White House urged reporters not to read too much into Vladimir Putin's body language during his public statement after meeting Monday with President Obama, repeatedly stressing that the Russian president is always "businesslike."
"This isn't the first body language-gate we've had with the Russians," deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes said at an afternoon press briefing here, noting that there were reports of a tense discussion between Obama and Putin's predecessor, Dmitry Medvedev, though it's widely acknowledged that the two became friends over the course of about 10 meetings in the past three years.
Putin was serious and cold during his brief remarks, and didn't appear particularly receptive to Obama's words.

I never thought I’d see the day in which I’d be more impressed with the Russian/Soviet leader than his U.S. counterpart.
Like him or not (and I don’t, but I grudgingly admire his steely determination), Putin is a far more serious leader with a love for his country and the willingness to defend it. There is a behavioral/appearance difference between the two that tells me Putin is much more of a man than Obama. Putin walks around with his shoulders out front like ‘bring it on’. Obama walks ,especially on steps, with his fingers and hands flapping like he was about to fly. The photo of Obama looking at two people in jujitsu says it all. I can’t and don’t believe Lt. Col. West has such a characteristic behavior.

Sorry if you disagree, but what you see is BO sticking his hand out at first to shake and then towards the end acting like he is pointing towards the next person to shake hands with whom ever was behind him.
In the second video he clearly is also trying to shake hands with the gentlemen in line and the first to finally shake his hand was the woman.
