Separation of Powers conflicts are Big Deals and this clearly involves a corrosive racial divide as well. Yet doing nothing about this blatant contempt of Congress' Constitutional powers solves nothing. This may have to end with a bang, not a whimper.

Exactly how I read that one too. It appears that Holder actually threatened Issa, and Issa isn’t backing down. That’s how I read it.
