She should sue the crap out of the city.
I hope she files a lawsuit and collects tens of thousands in damages!

“F”ing NAZI’s!
Libertarian/Police state ping
Is there anything remotely Constitutional about what these thugs did?
By what authority did they do this?
On her own property? What legal authority can be cited? At all?
This burns my feathers. I don’t recognize this country any longer. How can it be that a local gooberment can cut down gardens on private land? How can anyone justify that action? Guessing the abused citizen could NOT have been one of Holder’s people. I hope this woman takes this to the supremes if no other court will find the county negligent.
Hundreds of thousands....hit em where it hurts.
Let’s see if they can afford their socialism.

She’s writing
“I had not intended to respond again this soon but after reading some of the post I felt a need to do so. 1-no neighbor complained they all share my garden. 2- There are no rodents, snakes, flees or ticks in my yard some of the plants are repellents. 3- The front yard may look overgrown because there are over 40 varieties of plants. Some of them Roses, Forsythia, Iris, Daffodil, primrose, lilies, Rose of Sharon, Yucca, jasmine, naked ladies, spider-wort and herbs just to name a few. All of these plants can be found at local landscape retailers. They look like a lot because many of them are for transplants. I also belong to several garden clubs and share them with other club members. Thank You everyone who would like to help with the up-keep but they don’t usually look like that. I have been asked what my garden look like I will post some photos in the near future. It did look beautiful. “

“I would like to thank everyone for your overwhelming response to my situation. I am extremely humbled. Due to pending litigation I will limit my comments. I have been growing my own food for 50 years. Everything is organic with no chemicals at all. There are several herbs and many flowers and trees you can’t see in the news story all edible and most medicinal. My yard smells like a potpourri store. I wish I could respond to each one of you but that would take forever however I will read every response. People who know me personally know I will share information and plants at the drop of a hat. I have for 3 generations. For those who have grown these kind of plants know the effort it takes to do so. For everyone else “GOD BLESS YOU” keep the responses coming many people can be helped by them and stay with this because the way the system works this could be you. I will post again soon.”

This should’ve been met with a Colt .45. Code enforcement my ass.
Tulsa has become a libtard mecca in a RED state in my opinion. It is also getting worse. I’ve wondered how long it could hold out. I-44 feeds it just like a river into a depression with no outlet but the mess is spreading.
Try that crap around here and some folks in this area would just shoot the vandals... badges or no badges.
Indeed. This would have been one of those “line in the sand” moments for me. If they refused to leave when I confronted them, well, people would have been reading about the incident in the papers. If that seems crazy to people, it’s only because people aren’t grasping how crazy it is to let your government treat you like a slave.
Something ain’t right about this story and I suspect something important was left out.
Similar story out of Ferguson, MO

Also saw a comment on one out of Colorado.
Definitely a Holder Poeple
I read the story at the link. Says a neighbor complained about the yard. This chaps my hide big time!
Where I live, if its behind the fence, people don’t care.
Yeah, the money quote is that “she had problems with these people in the past”. There is likely more here than is being reported.
