Obama's Lawless Presidency Close To Totalitarianism
Investors Business Daily ^ | 6/18/2012 | Editorial Staff

The Obama Record: The chief executive who swore to faithfully execute the nation's laws picks those he'll ignore and makes up others through regulation and executive order. He sees no need for a Congress or Constitution.

Maybe it's because Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts stumbled a bit in leading President Obama through the oath of office that the president doesn't feel bound by it.

But through the awkwardness these words were heard: "I, Barack Hussein Obama, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

It would not take Obama long to make clear he meant his interpretation of the Constitution, not the Supreme Court's, a principle established in Marbury v. Madison, the 1802 case that formed the basis for the exercise of judicial review in the U.S. under Article III of the Constitution.

In his State of the Union address a year later on Jan. 27, 2010, he shamefully scolded the justices on national television for "having reversed a century of law" in the Citizens United ruling in which the court was protecting the freedom of political speech enshrined more than two centuries ago in the First Amendment. We agree with Justice Samuel Alito's eloquent rebuff of the president, in which he was seen mouthing the words "Not true."

Then came ObamaCare, which would prove to be a monumental assault on the First and 10th Amendments to the Constitution. Virginia, along with other states, filed suit challenging the landmark health care reform law on the grounds the law's requirement that its residents have health insurance violates the Commerce Clause of the Constitution.

This moronic communist-muslim can do more damage in his last few months than he did in his first 4 1/2 years! He needs to be dragged kicking out of the White Hut before he completes the murder of America.

Obama is a strict adherent of Critical Race Theory (remember his mentor, Derrick Bell of Harvard). He rejects all culture, rules, and laws (including the Constitution) that do not follow this.

This is Critical Race Theory:

CRT recognizes that racism is engrained (sic) in the fabric and system of the American society.

The individual racist need not exist to note that institutional racism is pervasive in the dominant culture.

This is the analytical lens that CRT uses in examining existing power structures. CRT identifies that these power structures are based on white privilege and white supremacy, which perpetuates the marginalization of people of color.

CRT also rejects the traditions of liberalism and meritocracy.

Source

This, among other things, is why Obama hates small business. Small business is a system of meritocracy and is, in his mind, the beating heart of our racist society.

His goal is to bring down our culture...not to abide by it or uphold it. And that goes doubly for the Constitution.

The problem is only partially with Obama.

The rest of the problem is with Congress, and the Supreme Court.

Why Congress?
The Democrats are owned by Obma, in totality. They do whatever he says like puppets. They have no minds of their own at all,If obama says this is the way it is done then they all dance to his tune.
The Republicans are split between being half Democrat themselves and being frightened and too cowardly to oppose the man.

Why the Supreme Court:
Because they find every technical excuse to avoid hearing a real case on his elegibility. They have never faced a real challenge to his elegibility because they keep coming up with off the wall excuses to avoid the challenge.

Obama has been acting as a dictator because he has been allowed to do so, in spite of powers given to the Supreme Court and the Congress. He will continue to do so as long as the other two branch’s of the government refuse to act.

It is important to understand how and why this anti-American thug came to power.

One only has to see how the Communist have taken over the k thru Grad School educational system and the print and broadcast media in the country.
We have to admit that it was so bizarre, but so easy for them.
One only has to tune into CNN or MSNBC to bring back memories of Radio Moscow, or even worse, Radio Albania.
Then you look at the public schools in America, totally infiltrated with the worst of teachers, spewing their Marxist drivel and messages of hate for America.

It is hard to know the future, especially with so many countries in trouble, but I am confident that another four years of the Commie thug will mean the END OF AMERICA.

God save the USA.

Congress is effectively “shut down” at this point;

The growth of Congress was capped at 435 members in 1896; the Federal Budget was 443 million-which means each Congesscritter could supervise the management of a little over one million doll.ars of We the People’s cash.

Today, the same number of Congresscritters are supposed to provide supervision of an amount over 80 times as much. It simply isn’t possible.

Original Congressional apportionment was 1:30000. Pulling that forward to today would give us a congress of 100000-which would meet online from their districts. And which would generate consensus ONLY on issues of true national importance.

It doesn’t seem to be hurting him in the polls, which is all that matters to him looking to November.

Or to put it another way, Republicans objections are not effectively hurting him.

Give a good reason why God should save the U. S. A.
1 We murder babies in the womb.
2 We think the Decalogue are / is a set of suggestions
3 We accept homosexuality as “alternative lifestyle”.
4 We have decided that America’s past is unimportant.
etc. etc. etc.

Gadzooks! Cannot understand... why nobody on our side hasn't gone the Writ of Mandamus route--

"A writ of mandamus or mandamus (which means "we command" in Latin; pronounced /manˈdeɪməs/ man-DAY-məs), or sometimes mandate, is the name of one of the prerogative writs in the common law, and is "issued by a superior court to compel a lower court or a government officer to perform mandatory or purely ministerial duties correctly."

"Mandamus is a judicial remedy which is in the form of an order from a superior court to any government subordinate court, corporation or public authority to do or forbear from doing some specific act which that body is obliged under law to do or refrain from doing, as the case may be, and which is in the nature of public duty and in certain cases of a statutory duty.[2] It cannot be issued to compel an authority to do something against statutory provision. For example, it cannot be used to force a lower court to reject or authorize applications that have been made, but if the court refuses to rule one way or the other then a mandamus can be used to order the court to rule on the applications.

"Mandamus may be a command to do an administrative action or not to take a particular action, and it is supplemented by legal rights. In the American legal system it must be a judicially enforceable and legally protected right before one suffering a grievance can ask for a mandamus. A person can be said to be aggrieved only when he is denied a legal right by someone who has a legal duty to do something and abstains from doing it."

Whoa, Bendy! When you talk dirty law, I just get... jiggly all over!!!!

Well, that'll... work for me! Whoa-whooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!

But, Bend, what about... Obama?

"Congress is effectively “shut down” at this point"

One of the little-talked-about but big impact factors is the fact that the Senators are now elected by popular vote, when originally they were selected by their state. This has resulted in Senators who have to face raising money for campaigns..... essentially buying votes with favors. Add this to the fact that they have no term limits and we get Senators who's every action is based on their re-election rather than the good of the country.

I'll give you one reason.... because we are not all Godless! And that is why those of us who still "Believe" need to be on our knees every day reminding God that we are here.

Original Congressional apportionment was 1:30000

I'm heartened to see other Patriots knowledgeable of Article the First. In actuality, had Article the First been ratified, representation would amount to 1:50,000, or approximately 6,284 Representatives in the House.

Now most people would scoff at this, "Oh, that's a ridiculous number!" But in reality, the Founder's idea was that an appropriate number of individuals would be represented by just one man or woman. On the other side of the coin, they would likely find today's current situation of 1:716,300 patently ridiculous. No one man or woman can adequately represent the needs of close to three-quarters of a million people.

Article the First is still capable of being ratified, it only need be brought up for debate and a vote in a ConCon, something which I doubt any of us will ever see.

My thoughts on the subject go something like this:

What to do with six thousand Representatives? At the time of the first Constitutional Convention, Washington D.C. was considered the heart of a Republic of only 13 States, and as such, the first district only accounted for a small part of the overall landmass of the current United States lower forty-eight. Had article the first been ratified, it’s entirely likely that other districts would have formed out of the states as they were admitted to the Union. Present-day America would likely have numerous district capitals wherein representatives would convene. With modern technologies, we could have virtual Congresses where all of the Representatives in each district get together and through video conferencing technologies and securely linked voting software conduct the business of the nation. Any way you slice it, we would be better served with 6100 Congressional Representatives (6000 House, 100 Senate) than with the paltry 535 we have now.

OK, newbie, do as I did ten years ago.
Just move out.
That, however, has nothing to do with my love for America.
I still ask God to purge the Marxist disease that has infected the country.
It is the same disease that has caused all of the ills that you cite.

Maybe you should join Ruvrund Wrong’s “God Dam* America” church.
Maybe you can get Obama’s pew.

By the way, do not include me with we/you.

Obomba is truly a Chicago gangsta commie!

But there's still much work needing to be done toward educating the sheeple. They fail to grasp just how much this regime has trashed the constitution.

Today's Bloomberg Poll has Obama at +13 nationwide.

Here’s a little bit of irony for you:

OBAMA states as HIS excuse, that Congress has failed to act, so HE and JOE are going to do so in the absence of Congressional action. Well, isn’t that the same argument that Arizona has been using against the Federal Government, to wit, that since the Federal Government has failed to act on immigration, the State has no choice but to do so?

The primary difference in these two disparate but analogous issues is that there is some basis for Arizona’s actions in the Constitution; there’s no such basis for OBAMA’s actions.

I’m waiting for ERIC HOLDER to file suit against OBAMA much as HE has done against Arizona, based on the same reasoning.

But I’m not going to hold my breath.
