Sounds like an opportunity to EDUCATE the electorate on F&F.

They should be the ones to decide whats "political theater" and what can be legitimately called criminal behavior.

And once again revealing mainstream news media complicity in democrat criminality would be an added bonus.

A lot of liberal media studs are very conflicted right now.

They desperately want to keep Baraq as God but know in their hearts some b@stard may break the biggest story since Monica.

You declare executive privilege to protect yourself from political theatre? Really?

I sit here listening to the news on the radio as I scan FR and am hearing all of the ‘legislators’ rising in bristling indignance at the audacity of the Republicans impugning the fine, fine magnificence of our General - Attorney General Holder.

In fact, the ones doing the bristling are BLACK, virtually all of them, rising to obliviously protect another black man. This is just ridiculous. It would seem a little bit more genuine if so many of the ones I’ve heard thus far could actually ‘speak’ their truthful hearts instead of having to haltingly read statements that have been prepared for them. Either get some people in there that deserve to be there or don’t wonder anymore why no one takes you seriously in your racism claims.

Wasn’t F and F funded by the ‘Porkulus ‘ package?

Obama signed it.

AMEN! This story IS NOT going to go away unless the GOP lets it. I keep saying and mean it: Every GOP member of the House and Senate need to gather on the Capitol steps and FORCE the media to cover this story.

Well, there’s one way to prove it Mr. Obama.

Withdraw your Executive Privilege claim, release the documents and we’ll see.

Put up or shut up Dumbo.

Over on a major Dem board, they are saying Repubs are being “Driven Insane by RACISM!” in this Fast&Furious investigation.

How does this kind of crazy survive in modern society?

Full Pfeiffer statement via Politico:

"With millions of Americans still struggling to pay the bills, Republicans announced at the beginning of this year that one of their top priorities was to investigate the Administration and damage the President politically. We are ten days away from the expiration of federal transportation funding which guarantees jobs for almost a million construction workers because Congress hasn't passed a transportation bill. We are eleven days away from nearly seven and a half million students seeing their loan rates double because Congress hasn't acted to stop it. But instead of creating jobs or strengthening the middle-class, Congressional Republicans are spending their time on a politically-motivated, taxpayer-funded election-year fishing expedition.

The problem of gunwalking was a field-driven tactic that dated back to the previous Administration, and it was this Administration's Attorney General who ended it. In fact, the Justice Department has spent the past fourteen months accommodating Congressional investigators, producing 7,600 pages of documents, and testifying at eleven Congressional hearings. Yet, Republicans insist on moving forward with an effort that Republicans and objective legal experts have noted is purely political.

Given the economic challenges facing the country, we believe that House Republicans should work with the rest of Congress and the President to create more jobs, not more political theater."

Not going to work, they are callous to murder of two US agents and the tragic terrifying deaths of possibly two hundred Mexican civilians.

If Romney were to take advantage of this based upon what we know as fact to imply about Obama what we really know is true about this scandal it would receive the coverage the public needs to understand it.

The democrat/media complex's squeals of protest would only provide additional opportunities to inform the public.

And Willard would be doing the nation the service of addressing head on the Constitutional crisis these outlaws are obviously trying to create.

@pfeiffer44 says House GOP should work with Presd Obama "to create more jobs, not more political theater.”

(1) Why the concern about jobs? The President has informed us that the private sector is doing well.

(2) A federal agent is dead in real life - he wasn't an actor pretending to die on a theater's stage. It actually happened.

(3) Why can't Congress pursue justice and economic recovery at the same time? Maybe the President should close down Justice and transfer all its employees to Commerce. After all, if all 535 members of Congress have to spend 100% of their time on jobs instead of wasting precious resources on criminal justice, why is the Executive allowed to dabble in so many non-jobs-related concerns?
