Just wait until it’s officially announced “We’re in (another) Recession!” Lately the economic stats have been dismal: persistently high jobless claims, drops in the regional Fed manufacturing indices to negative territory, downward revisions in GDP “growth.” We are definitely back in a recession, but it takes time for the national numbers to be “revised” and “digested” before it is generally accepted.

I expect the official announcement sometime in August or maybe as late as September. Once that happens, you can officially stick a fork in 0bama. He’s done.

Obama is toast.

He’s in a full-throated panic and everything he and the other ‘Rats does makes things worse for them.

Still to come very soon are the USSC rulings on Obamacare and AZ immigration law, and the full House vote on finding Holder in contempt.

The ‘Rats are down! Let’s all kick ‘em!

I might be wrong, but this poll must have been taken before the Executive Order news broke.

Too bad we don’t have another Reagan running this time. It would do my heart well to see a 50 state tsunami washing BO into the dustbin of history.

A socialist experiment gone bad...if you will

Time for him to gear up the next not to be missed crisis.

Like the Russians moving on Syria?

Our war hero Hussein will take out Assad and save the region!

Put together a two more days like that and it is going to impact the polling. Obama treads watter when the Dow is up over 12,000. If it goes below that people are going to freak when they get there quarterly 401K statements.

Too bad we don’t have another Reagan running this time.

We have what we have.

You go to war with the army you've got.

If folks want to propose improvements to the nominating process there will be plenty of time for that after November 6th.

Today is a very bad day for obammunism. There are time in history when you know you are about to clean somebody’s clock, but it hasn’t happened yet, so you’re not sure. Take the Normandy invasion. They had to be pretty sure they could pull it off. Certainly the weight of men and materiel had shifted the advantage to the Anglo/US alliance, and we would have gotten in there and kicked Fritz’s arse at some point, one way or another. But until it happened, one didn’t know for sure. That’s how I feel about this late rebellion on the part of the commies. I think we’re about to sweep them all out of Washington, but one can’t be too confident until it happens.

43% is the Clinton threshold he could always depend on.

Only if there is a strong third party candidate pulling votes from Romney, and no one is on the horizon. 43% won't get it done for O.

Looks like he was at his lowest a year ago (39%), although he was actually at 47% at the time of the devastating 2010 elections.

Real approval or according to the media? Carter’s approval had to have been nearly as low as Nixon’s at this point. Reagan did not have it locked up, if I remember correctly, and the only way he avoided a floor fight at the convention was by co-opting President Bush 41 by offering him the VP.
