Matt Sandusky, one of Jerry Sandusky's adopted children, has said that he was molested by the former Penn State defensive coordinator, according to a statement from his lawyers.
The allegation comes as Sandusky is awaiting the verdict in his child rape trial. Matt Sandusky, who has defended his father as he faced child rape charges, said through his attorneys Andrew Shubin and Justine Andronici that he met with prosecutors this week to tell them he was a victim for the first time.
"During the trial, Matt Sandusky contacted us and requested our advice and assistance in arranging a meeting with prosecutors to disclose for the first time in this case that he is a victim of Jerry Sanduskys abuse," Matt Sandusky's lawyers said in a statement obtained by InSession. "At Matts request, we immediately arranged a meeting between him and the prosecutors and investigators."

Queers are a protected species, not only are we supposed to accept them as normal but celebrate their perversion.
A presidential candidate with a big "R" behind his name thinks that queer adoption is fine as long as the perverts "love each other", this closeted queer (Sandusky) molested his adopted son, it doesn't get much sicker than that.
In Gricar's defense, there doesn't appear to have been any touching of genitals in the case he declined to prosecute. He would have been prosecuting an active Penn State coach (with over 30 years' tenure as a coach and over 20 years' tenure as the defensive coordinator), who was famous for The Second Mile, in front of a Happy Valley Jury, for showering with a boy.
Well, that and the fact that Paterno was an 85 year old man with terminal cancer.
Not detracting from Sandusky's atrocities but I don't believe he had a lot to do with Paterno's death.
Just like Hitlery....an enabler.
".... a victim for the first time"?????
Shame on CNN.... misplaced preposition. Don't they have editors?
....even though she was virtually a tortured prisoner.

I remember that horrible case. She was not a prisoner, IMO, and she could have saved that poor child somehow.
My understanding is that the adopted son Matt, after long denying any abuse took place or that he witnessed any and up until recently seemingly supporting his adoptive father; only came forward this week. He and his attorneys only met with prosecutors this week perhaps after the prosecution rested their case so perhaps there was no time or ability to investigate, vet and introduce this as new evidence.
This could also explain the last minute decision not to have Sandusky testify on his own behalf. If I understand correctly, and I could be wrong, but on cross examination the prosecution could have introduced him as a rebuttal witness. This would explain what I read reported about how pale and visibly shaken Sandusky looked after coming out of the judges chamber just before he was to have testified. Im guessing the prosecution asked the judge if the son could be called as a rebuttal witness and the judge ruled it would be allowed hence the defenses decision to not allow Sandusky to testify.
ColdOne: What if the unthinkable happens and they find him not guilty or a hung jury, could they try to charge him for his son Matt?
Yes they can. Regardless of the jurys verdict; guilty, innocent or unable to reach a verdict (hung jury), the Commonwealth can file brand new charges based on the sons allegations of abuse since it was not part of the first trial. If (and I really hope that doesnt happen) Sandusky is acquitted on all charges, he can be charged again on the new charge as double jeopardy doesnt apply. Think of it this way, say you are arrested and charged with armed bank robbery of the ABC bank that took place on April 1st 2004. You go to trial and are acquitted for lack of evidence (or a really stupid jury assuming you were guilty). Then you are arrested again for the armed robbery of the XYZ bank on April 1st of 2005; brand new charges, brand new crime, brand new trial. The downside is, IIRC, neither the prosecution or the defense could not call into evidence any testimony or evidence from the first trial for which you were acquitted.
thank you for info
Quite. If illegals; homosexuals; lesbians; transgenders are endorsed by Barry can NAMBLA be far behind.
Hanging’s too good for this POS.
I take a bit of offence at that statement. Just because a man or a woman has perhaps a medical infertility problem doesnt mean that the man is any less of a man or some sort of pervert or gay or that the woman is any less of a woman or a cold fish in the sack as Ive sadly heard some (not here per se, but in general and sadly in my own experience) presume.
My uncle and his wife were unable to have children after many years of trying. I dont know the cause of their inability to conceive, I never asked them, but my uncle was not, is not any less of a man. He and his wife are devout Christians and live as they believe. They adopted two beautiful kids who were loved and raised right and now as adults with kids of their own, are grateful to have had such great parents. One of my cousins and her husband ironically had their own infertility problems and she and her husband adopted two bi-racial children, then she got pregnant and then they decided that they were so blessed and in a financial and emotional position to do so, they adopted another child, a special needs child and they are a beautiful and loving family.
My husband and I were unable to have children as well and believe me it wasnt due to a lack of trying or my husbands or my lack of interest in bed or a lack of his manliness, bravery or machismo. Our diagnosis was tricky he had a slightly reduced sperm count but not enough to definitely rule him as the cause of our inability to conceive. I passed all my infertility tests with flying colors until a rather vague diagnosis of a hormonal imbalance from a blood test performed by an infertility specialist that my regular GYN thought was rather questionable. In the end, our inability to conceive was considered idiopathic, i.e. unknown cause. Im well past the age now for having children, we didnt adopt but I have 10 great nieces and nephews who are the joy of my life.
I get what you are perhaps trying to say with respect to a man, a pedophile, a homosexual pedophile marrying a woman as a cover and adopting children as a means to molest them. But please dont assume or make the broad generalization that a man who cannot get a woman pregnant is automatically some sort of Jerry Sandusky or that a couple who cant have children are somehow morally or sexually defective or perverse.
Unfortunately this sort of attitude and the Jerry Sanduskys of the world plays right into the hands of the anti-male radical feminists. Not all men who adopt children are child molesters. Not all men who dont have children of their own are child molesters. Not all men walking their dogs in the park who smiles and says hello to a cute kid is a child molester. Not all older men who are alone in the childrens section of Barnes and Nobles is a child molester. Not all men who are not athletic and macho are child molesters. Not all men who are athletic and macho are rapists.
/End of rant.
With 9 outta 12 having CLOSE ties to the University, Im afraid the fix is in already. Hopefully the jurors know that letting JS get away with this would be another MAJOR black eye to the University. The outcome would be the exact opposite, if their desire is to protect the University.
however, now that one son has come out, Dusky will be able to be charged with that..
and the men will be able to sue him in court for any and all of his money....
Don’t be surprised boys don’t report the sexual assaults. Boy are ashamed and manipulated. They are made to feel guilty - like it is their fault.
Males are not supposed to be victims and our society - especially men - think boys should be able to take care of themselves in situations like this - especially young teens who are just entering into their own sexual experience of themselves.
Many abused boys grow into young adults and men who abuse drugs and commit suicide.

Your analysis may very well be correct, but last week I heard an ex-DA say that defense attorneys often say that the accused will take the stand, but never mean it. I don’t think the POS would ever have been put up on the stand even w/o the son coming forth since the DAs would have ripped him apart.
sorry about that....didn't mean it to offend anybody...
