With the news that just came out about how the campaign actually lost money last month (spending exceeded fund-raising) and the prime spending season hasn't even started in earnest (that happens after the convention). Obama currently $110 Million on hand, even if they have a couple blockbuster fund-raising months before the convention. They are going to have nowhere near the $800 million they had in 2008 or the $1 billion they claimed they would have this year. It's looking to be more like $250 to $300 million, that's anemic for a sitting president.
